I was worried going in since I was shopping on the lower end of the price range here that the staff would treat me differently or be snooty but the woman in the front is SO kind, professional, and welcoming. She was very knowledgeable about the jewelry and if she didn’t know an answer she would pull out a book and research it before giving an answer.
