So what had happen was: my mother in law hospitalized nearby and my wife and I had our 13 month old daughter with us. Because our daughter is used to going to parks and playgrounds, we asked nurses and staff if there was a park nearby where we could take our daughter to burn off some energy and have fun instead of being at the hospital. They recommended this park but itās truly a field with minimum a toddler(age 2-3 years old) swing and thatās about it. They have a āwater parkā but it was cold since we were there in October. The splash pad look faded when we were there.
I love Austin and wish Seton Hospital and City of Austin can work together to get this park upgraded. It would be beneficial for both as Iām assuming many patients and their family members would love to enjoy a small smile/laughter at a park when dealing with...

We finally got new nets recently though! The old ones had massive holes in them for a few months before Austin Parks and Rec decided to do something about it. There's a nice sand volleyball court and a water playground as well! Pretty safe area too since it's next to an elementary school...
