When a friend told me this place had one of the best chocolate chip cookies in town, I knew I had to try it. Was not disappointed! The cookie had a gloriously soft middle, chewy edges, and good quality chocolate chips. Hard to improve upon, but note it wasn’t the current/trendy salted type chocolate chip cookie. It’s more of a classic recipe, well-executed. My favorite pastry was the morning bun, however: flaky, coated generously with cinnamon sugar, and no soggy bottom. I bought a chocolate croissant for my mother in law and she she loved it. Iced chai was sweeter than I normally like it, but was tasty all the same. Next time I’ll order it half sweet. They asked if I wanted cinnamon sprinkled on top which I loved. Cold brew was strong and refreshing. Several non-dairy milks were offered, including oat. Finally, I appreciated the portion sizes at this place. They are not skimpy by any means—just not the unmanageable 800 calorie pastry bombs you find at some places. When the sizes are reasonable and at a reasonable price, there’s no excuse to not try two flavors of pastry in one morning! ;-) Thank you, Tinys Milk & Cookies!

May 2025 Every time I drove by Kerbey Lane Village shopping center I saw a line of people towards the back and after three trip by it stopped to see what it was. It turned out to be Tiny's Milk & Cookies nested in the identical farmhouse style buildings. Luckily there was no line so was able to study the menu offerings and decided to try a Chocolate Chip Cookie, Blueberry Muffin, Cinnamon Roll, and a Brownie. I already had a coffee with me so didn’t need to order another one. The staff is super friendly and even though only a walk-up place it had great atmosphere. All of the items tasted really good and delightful. The blueberry muffin was so soft and flavor-able. The cinnamon roll was huge and also addicting to eat where had a slight lemony taste to it. The chocolate chip cookie was much better than local branded rivals and the brownie was very chocolaty. Like I said before it was so good.

Best (non vegan) ice cream in Austin. Would pass on the cookies because they are overpriced for the taste, but the ice cream is so worth it. I am just rating based on ice cream & cookies, haven't tried anything else.

Here's the TMI:

I tried a chocolate chip cookie and frosted sugar cookie by recommendation of a friend. Maybe it's because I heated up the chocolate cookie a bit too much but I thought it was mediocre and I actually prefer Potbelly's choco chip oatmeal cookie (I know. But try it). The sugar cookie was buttery and flakey but not much better than Panera's. Also does not help that their cookies are very expensive for what they are, I don't think the value is there.

Their ice cream is the best I've had in Austin. I've tried the Milk & cookies, strawberry, Vanilla Caramel Crunch, vegan coconut milk chocolate, and triple chocolate flavors and liked the milk & cookies flavor the most as a standalone. But vanilla caramel crunch + triple chocolate is my absolute favorite combo. Hard pass on the vegan Coconut Milk Chocolate, it was chalky. I was hoping for something comparable to Lick's Chocolate Chocolate vegan ice cream but Lick still wins that by a landslide. I think I've found my fave flavors and probably won't be trying the others now. Also love that the ice cream scoops are huge - especially for 2 scoops! Well worth the value despite being fairly expensive.

Other notes: cute complex, easy parking if Google Maps directs you correctly, super friendly staff. Prices should really be posted more transparently...

Tiny hidden GEM šŸ’Ž. No you’re not lost, it’s very much open for business and with a flurry of ppl coming and going. Yes it’s in what looks like a tiny home development but it’s more of a business park. There’s tons of parking and ppl coming walking or bike riding from within the neighborhoods. There aren’t any tables, benches or chairs for you to sit on so you will see ppl scattered throughout the lot sitting on the sidewalks to enjoy their treats. It’s cute. Sugar cookie was a bit dry but still had the familiar sugar cookie taste. I really enjoyed the cinnamon roll and will most likely have it again but imo, the filling to bun ratio is off. You can cut it in half and see the bottom portion is just bread, top portion was delicious though! The chocolate chip cookies are different, I don’t think I’ve ever had any like these before and I know why. It’s more of a chocolate w/cookie. They are messy to eat by themselves. Choco is coming out of all parts of the cookie and they don’t give napkins.😐 They are best eaten how they are advertised, with a scoop of ice cream on top, that way you get a bowl and spoon. My favorite item so far is the mint lemonade. If there’s anything I have to go back for, it’s definitely the lemonade. Nice subtle sour, not sweet and with that hint of mint! šŸ‘šŸ½šŸ¤¤ So refreshing....

I wanted to love this place but… we waited in line (totally fine, as cookie fanatics, we will wait in line for cookies) no complaints there. Everyone else was greeted kindly and cheery except for us. We ordered half a dozen cookies. I ordered a matcha, and was asked twice if I was sure I wanted it the way I ordered. Of course, I know my matcha, & I’ve had it served many different ways before. This time I was having honey lavender with it, as I have before. No smiles from the lady at the register. No thank you. We waited for our order, listening to everyone else get a thank you have a great day etc, we got NOTHING! Now, I usually don’t mind or care if an establishment says thank you, especially if it’s really busy and people are scrambling. But it wasn’t that busy, and it was clear to us that as many customers as we saw either ordering or waiting on food, we were treated very poorly! I was very kind. Like hello? Here’s your cookies back… anyways, cookie review. Not warm, they do look delicious. We warmed ours up at home, not sure if they warm them for you there or not. The cookie taste like Nabisco or Pillsbury, maybe even yummier, but there’s an aftertaste? Very crisco oil like. Would I come back for cookies? No. Would I come back...
