Donât order from this Subway unless you want a crazy lady to threaten to call the cops on you. I ordered 2 sandwiches for delivery directly through the subway app on April 15th. I never ended up getting my food, so I went to the app to request a refund. There are no support options on the app, so I went to their website and used the chat bot to submit a complaint. Almost immediately I received an automated email that my complaint had been resolved, with no other information. I thought it was a mistake, so I submitted another, just to receive the same email. I gave up and ended up going into the store. I told the guy at the counter what happened and he said he had to get his manager to give me a refund. He came back with Crystal. I explained the issue to her and she agreed that I needed a refund, but said she would have to ask her manager. She got on the phone with someone named Eny to ask what to do. Eny was extremely dismissive and said that the only option was that they could remake my food. I again declined and explained why. Crystal seemed understanding and apologetic, but said that Eny wouldnât let her give me a refund, and only offered to remake my food. I asked who was above her and was given corporates number and told that I could call them and figure it out. The Subway corporate number is its own joke, and is basically an endless phone tree with no way to get to a real human. I called the store the next day and asked for the owners name and number, and was given the name âGoldieâ with a phone number. I called twice with no answer, left a voicemail, and didnât get a call back. I went back to Subway again on a Sunday and was told no managers were there, and to come back the next day. I came back today, Monday, May 12th, almost an entire month after initially placing my order, to continue fighting for the money I was owed. After walking in and asking for a manager once again, an older woman came out asking me what I needed. I replied I was there for my refund and began explaining the situation. She got snippy with me almost immediately without even listening to what I had to say and started getting in my face telling me to calm down and started threatening to CALL THE POLICE ON ME IF I DIDNâT LEAVE!!! Was I speaking rudely to her? Probably, but being rude is not a crime, and I was extremely shocked at her immediate escalation of a situation with a CUSTOMER to the point of threatening to involve the police! I told her she could absolutely call them, and I would explain to them that I was not leaving without a refund. She must have realized how insane that was because she gave up on that and stepped back. First, Eny really tried to tell me to my face that they never received my order or charged me at all. I immediately pulled out the receipt that Crystal had printed for me the first time I was there and showed it to her. After some annoying back and forth, where this grown woman shushed me like I was her own child that was talking back and not a PAYING CUSTOMER, she finally admitted defeat and told me they would refund me. I only received a partial refund and said I would still have to contact Doordash to get a refund for the tip and delivery fee, which is silly in my opinion, since I ordered and paid through the Subway app and they used Doordash as a third party. I thanked them for the partial refund and expressed confusion as to why the first woman, Goldie, was threatening to call the cops on me to which Eny replied that she âJust got onto her about thatâ implying that even she knew that was wrong and unnecessary. This place is an absolute circus with no management or accountability whatsoever. I will say that the actual employees that make sandwiches behind the counter and Crystal herself were nothing but nice and supportive and wanted me to get a refund. Eny was rude but ultimately sort of helpful and Goldie was obviously crazy. Stay very, very far away from this Subway and if you do ever order it, just use Doordash! They will refund you with no problem, unlike the comically horrible business...

You need detective skills to buy food now. On YouTube you find out things like the fed gov't rules now let mfrs. put "GMO" in tiny print or the code you have to read with your smartphone. Yeah, like 100% of us are gonna whip that phone out & scrutinize the code. When we're rushed, maybe hungry, feet hurt, kids to pick up & quickly feed. When the stuff with hfcs, GMOs is all over, cheap, colorfully packaged.
I buy HEB fresh produce, bulk spices & nuts, ONE-ingredient house brands. And their copy paper: 100% recycled from disposable food packaging, near the source, 100% USA. I bought two mainly to reward HEB for supporting USA and env't. Never forget your/our power. Our dollar is the vote that...
