I have been going to Ceremony for about 6 months now and I love it! I pay a monthly membership which gets me 2 Specialty or Standard services. This means I can use my credits for Reiki or Sports Massage or Acupuncture or Lomi Lomi Massage etc! The options are endless, and I take advantage! I haven't even gotten to the Bath House with the cold plunges and sauna! Honestly, I recommend this place to all of my friends and anyone who will listen. The staff is so nice and open, and everyone is in such a great state of mind when they are there. If you're looking for a place with modality flexibility and good vibes, you have found it!
Now to dive into specifics: I recently had a Lomi Lomi Massage with Isabelle (my first of this massage type) and it was soooo relaxing. I booked this appointment after hosting and traveling for a month straight and needing some self-care. Isabelle did not disappoint; this massage is like the ebb and flow of the ocean and puts you in such a relaxed state. If you don't want the intensity of a Deep Tissue, but want to sleep like a baby, I would recommend this type of massage.
I have also had Reiki with Stephanie F and Anna Belle. Both of them are so knowledgeable and left me feeling 100 times better than when I arrived and with things that I can work on to align my chakras.
Lastly, I've done Acupuncture with Charlotte (my first time doing acupuncture), and she knew exactly where I needed to be poked beforehand just by looking at my tongue! I wish I had more time in the week so I could be more consistent with this, but between all of the other modalities, I need to...

Changed rules without disclosure. Paid 3 years for a membership, just to find out they were billing me against my prepaid balance at full price per Massage for the last year. Should’ve had five massages left had less than the value of one.
After asking the owner for a time stamped email or any prior communication or written information about the new rules or changes, she terminated my membership, kept the money and refused to communicate with me or issue a refund of over $350.
What do you do when the owner doesn’t want to justify her bad business practice?
When pre-paying every month for a membership- I’m not giving the business a loan. I’m paying for a service. If I was going to be charged full price against that fund, I would’ve liked to be told that upfront instead of reception, just agreeing to use a point every time was that. If they told me that up front, not months later, I could have had the discretion of going to any other Spa for a full-price service.
She told me the prices of services are going up with inflation and they can’t afford to Honor old membership rates, but she did so after charging me full price for months without disclosing that up front.
For the level of service, and the type of unethical practices they think are ok, go somewhere else, there’s much...

I honestly hate that I have to leave this review because I want to believe this place is phenomenal. I love the space. I typically go for sauna and cold plunge which I love, but today I added a 60 minute deep tissue massage. I feel like the massage would’ve been great if I had gotten what I paid for..
Stephanie was my therapist. I was under the impression she definitely didn’t want to be there. She didn’t even go the full hour and half of my body it felt like she went 50% effort. On one side of my body, it’d be an intense, comprehensive massage, and the other side felt like a short couple of squeezes. She asked what I needed in the beginning and then didn’t spend any time on those areas. During the massage she kept pausing or using one only hand.. I’m not sure what she was doing in that time. Honestly I’m a bit disappointed.
I figured maybe we were running out of time so I didn’t say anything to the other staff. But then I got in my car and realized it hadn’t even been a full hour.. sadly...
