Splash pad
Shaded area. A variety of water sprayers, more variety than other splash pads around town. A fence and encircling the splash pad helps keep kids contained and easily for parents to keep an eye on their children. Only one entry point so you can see who is coming to the splash pad.
It is right next to an unshaded playground....no child was seen on the playground when the water play was more enticing than the hot plastic playground.
Toilets were locked. 2 port-o-potties we're available.
We didn't explore the rest of the park because we came here for the water.

Read moreGreat park! You even get to let you kids shower with homeless people in the splash pad! They also have set up a camp complete with tents, chairs, and clothes lines to dry your kids clothes after! Just ask the nice stoned man outside the restroom if he can move his clothes down the line to make room for yours. If you can't find him, follow the smell of the weed, or just try to use the public restroom. They have it pretty well taken over! Thank you city council! God bless America, and God bless...
