Over the phone, it was very nice, and in person, there was a lot of miscommunication and attitude with what I and my family were asking. Just basic questions on flowers and winter options. The in person meeting was to discuss holiday Christmas theme arrangements, but when we arrived, no one was prepared. The lady was rude and was offended when I asked if they had photos of flower crown or examples and when I asked the price for 1 flower crown. Due to our budget I couldn't spend $40 to $50 dollars on a flower crown, so we went to heb and got 1 for $20 dollars. The Florist was rude saying she could do better and the spending the money for her flower crown is better than the one HEB made me. I had them make me a half crown for a test to see if i would like it before the flower meeting. The lady told the venue we were asking how much money they make together and a lot of b.s to where the venue emails me a very aggressive email and honestly we wanted to walk away from the whole place but due to all family traveling from all over and last minute we didn't have another flower place or venue to adjust the amount of people. On the wedding day, they forgot some flowers and luckily they were something simple that could have been made fairly quickly. A week ago today my wife and I had to put our 10 y/o dog to sleep. It is requiring everything of me to keep her together and I myself am having a hard time dealing with it. I chose this place because it was close to her work and therefore I figured they would be delivered quickly and get her day off to a good start. The day rolled on and my wife texts me that she's planning on leaving early, this prompted me to give them a call. No apology, just a defensive statement of how their internet went down and that they didn't get the order. By the way, I had to call twice to get someone on the phone. I know Ben White Florist probably would've driven the 20 miles to make it happen, I always used them when my wife worked down town. I just didn't want to put them out.
