Yrs ago my mom & me purchased a 2017 white dge journey. After 4 days with the car. The ignition started acting up. When contacting them, bringing it in(was driving from smtx) they said they fixed it. But the issue kept happening for months. With me and my mother stranded for hrs until the car wanted to start. When notifying the issue was continuing. They kept telling me they didnt see a problem with the car. After a couple of months they decided to do a trade for same make, model but in black. Well that one had the same problem with not starting. After receiving a 2nd vehicle with issues, and notifying them, seemed annoyed and unwilling to help. I did report to BBB yrs ago. I originally intended to go to another business for my emissions test, but their line was too long. I remembered Javi’s in my neighborhood and gave them a call. They can do your emissions tests for registration renewals and it’s quick and painless!

Their staff is very friendly and the customer service was great. The testing went smoothly, the price was right, and the experience was stress free.

While waiting for the scan to complete I learned they are a family owned and run business as well, even better!
