I have been coming here for Amazon Returns since it was an easy peasy scan and go with the self service tablet and QR code scanner by the door but asking for assistance from their human employees is always a pain. A few months ago, I went to this location to return my Spectrum modem and router and the employee there helped me pack and ship them, not with care but careless. She THREW the equipments heavily into the packaging as if she was throwing a piece of trash. Thankfully, Spectrum hasn’t reached back out to me about a broken equipment yet but it was still horrible to pack the equipment that way in front of a customer. At 1:20pm today I visited the store as usual and needed their help to scan the QR code and ship my returns because their self service scanner was unable to. I went up to a young lady at the counter and she scanned my QR code and it didn’t work as well. Instead of providing further assistance or even tell me right away the code didn’t work, she just BLANK-STARED at me for a few seconds. Then she proceeded telling me “the code doesn’t work. I cannot help you”. Look, this UPS store is my regular for returns. I have seen a few associates, who weren’t able to help me or being stuck at an error, would naturally reach out to a more experienced associate for help to get me through the process. This girl just straight up told me she couldn’t help and put her head down doing other stuff. There were two other employees next to her and she didn’t bother to ask for their advice so I told her I would just ask the other employees there. I went back in line again and the other two employees were just taking forever to notarize a document and the other one putting paper into a printer. People behind me lost patience and left so did I. I ended up went to another UPS in the area. Not as convenient and spacious, but the guys there were able to process my shipment with the same “erroring” QR code and I walked out there less than 1 minute. The location of the Walden Park store is nice but the employees were never well-trained and responsive. I’d rather the store install more self-service stations than hiring rude and incompetent...
Read moreI have come here quite a few times for Amazon returns and for the most part, it's been really straight forward and reliable. I won't come back after my latest experience.
A guy I've never seen working there was doing nothing in a corner and came up to me immediately after I walked in and forced me to scan my own return myself instead of helping me at the register. I got a really weird tracking number I've never seen before and it also didn't register on my Amazon account immediately like it does when they do it at the counter.
There was only one other customer in the store at the other kiosk, so he obviously forced this other guy to do his own return too. Apparently this guy doesn't realize he has a customer service job. I don't appreciate walking into an empty store after working all day for a routine interaction and you putting me to work!!

Read moreI needed to mail 3 tank tops to California. They were packaged in the same packaging Old Navy sent them to me in. The employee working there told me it was going to be $50 for ground shipping delivery date 6 days from today. When I asked why it was so expensive, she had no answer. I knew it didn’t cost that much to mail these items and I asked her to please explain why she quoted it at $50. She told me she has no idea, that’s just what the computer said. I wanted to know why it was so expensive so I could figure out how to ship it for less, she had no idea why the price was the price it was. Drove to the Postal Office and mailed it for $9.85 with priority shipping delivery in 3 days. I suggest you question your prices for shipping in this location. They might be doing something very wrong at...
