Native Austinite here and I am so happy to have found this place! The location on the Drag was iconic (RIP) and where I’d go to shop, mainly for flip flops. I was in need of some new flops so I thought I’d drop by and see what they had going on here. And WOWOHWOW y’all! I walked away with 4 pairs of shoes (Chacos, Tevas, Rainbows, and Sanuks) that ended up being an additional 50% off😱 Just one pair of any of these brands will set you back at least $50. And yes, they have an extensive assortment of the trademark TYLER’S shirts (long and short sleeved) and I of course had to add one to my haul. The staff was very helpful and attentive, and the store itself was large. It’s my understanding that they’re remodeling to add new and full priced merch to the mix. The customer service was over the top. They answers my million questions about different brands of tennis shoes. So knowledgeable. They were amazing and cannot say enough good things. I tried Dick’s but geez after 15 minutes waiting no one helped me. In the middle of the day with no customers. What a refreshing change Tyler’s was. So helpful and so nice. Talked to me right away. When I had an issue with my new shoes which the back broke before I even got one step to use after buying, they took them back and found me a replacement on my way home to Dallas. They got the correct size and style reserved for me to buy. Go here for any clothing needs or new shoes. You will not be disappointment!! Thank you all soo much! Don't shop here if your a minority. The manager is a minority as well and when a black and Hispanic came into the store he said loudly I see sketchy people in the store referring to the minoritys walking in and when advising the manager that's not professional a d he should pull his employees to the side instead of making the customers feel uncomfortable he then told us to leave loudly. Its sad I had to explain to my daughters that a minority himself was judging others and calling them sketchy. DON'T SHOP HERE THE MANAGER IS VERY UNPROSSIONAL.
