Wow - what an incredible stay! From the moment we walked in, the villa was spotless, smelled amazing, and immediately felt welcoming. Even the small touches stood out: brand new toilet paper still wrapped with the cover, a sanitization seal on the toilet, and a fully stocked kitchen complete with oil, spices, condiments, Ziplocs, utensils, etc. No Keurig here, but honestly, the Starbucks instant coffee smelled and tasted so good- it was a treat in itself!

The space is beautifully decorated, super spacious, and perfect for accommodating a group. One of the biggest highlights for me was how crisp and clean the bedsheets were - better than hotel quality, which was a HUGE deal for me as I typically have difficulty sleeping on beds that are not mine. Ana, who handles the cleaning here, deserves all the praise; everything was immaculate, and the beds were so comfortable with plenty of extra pillows and comforters in storage.

The family room was another favorite. We were able to connect our Nintendo Switch to the TV for games, so if you want to stream ur own shows or movies, just bring an HDMI cable. And then there’s the wrap-around balcony… pictures don’t do it justice. The views are absolutely stunning, with 3 tables and a cozy couch outside. Super spacious. The only suggestion I’d make is adding some outdoor lighting, but that’s such a small detail compared to everything else.

Amber, the host, was wonderful. Super communicative and helpful from start to finish, giving us all the info we needed (from Wi-Fi to where to be dropped off since this home is inside a cliffside gated community). The included golf cart was a GAME CHANGER!! Perfect for quick trips to a nearby spot (like Descanso Beach), exploring the island in 1-2 hours, or even a nighttime scenic drive for fun. On top of that, Amber kindly accommodated a last-minute request for us, going above and beyond out of sheer kindness. Shows her character. Shes the type of person you want to do business with.

We had the absolute most MAGICAL time at our stay on Catalina in Villa 33! The condo was pristine, well appointed and perfectly comfortable for a girls weekend away. I am a frequent traveler and quite frankly I'm a little high maintenance and the condo was stunning, well appointed and the property had a lot of beautiful amenities to include tennis courts, bocce ball, mini golf, sand volleyball, basketball, a children's playground, a beautiful beach with phenomenal snorkeling, a pool, Jacuzzi, gym and more that I'm sure I'm forgetting. We had such a wonderful time. The beds were comfortable, and we loved sleeping with the balcony doors open and listening to the ocean lapping on the beach. The couch was huge and the family room had ample seating for us to be comfortable. The condo had absolutely everything we could ever need there to include beach towels, a cooler, etc. Amber was very communicative and so lovely and easy to work with. We had such a great time we actually ended up extending our stay. I have nothing but positive things to say about or stay and can't wait to return with my family. The golf cart was perfect for us to zip around the island and was super convenient. We went to this Descanso beach club and I highly recommend it. My wife and I had visited catalina back in April of 2021 and stayed in town for a couple of days. This time around, we were looking for an even better experience and ultimate time. We searched through various hotels to stay, but couldn't find the difference maker, until we came across this gorgeous condo in Hamilton cove, unit 97. Talk about breath taking views, the sound of the ocean at your balcony, the fresh ocean air and slight breeze, it was perfect. We immediately took advantage of the private beach and went for a swim and snorkled amongst the many fish and aquatic life Catalina coast has to offer, before settling into our stay. We utilized the golf cart on premises and was able to drive into town to do some grocery shopping and come back to our place and throw meat on the grill and BBQ right off the balcony while enjoying a glass of wine. After sharing a delicious meal with an amazing view, we went to the pool and jacuzzi and hung out there for a bit, until driving back into town for some ice cream. We loved our stay and wish it could have been longer, and are planning our next trip and stay here, at this particular residence. It's worth every single penny.
