If you want to REALLY FEEL THAT 1800’s SLAVE PROFILE” feeling, then you must visit this store. . The (CAUCASIAN oPERATIONS manager followed me the ENTIRE 3 hours of shopping and you would think that was ridiculously demeaning and humiliating as other customers also noticed. Then he proceeded to stand by the cashier. I was returning some items and so he questioned me about the few that I didn’t return . Still after answering him, he proceeded to tell me (in a THREATNING WAY) that I should tell him the truth because he was going to check the cameras. He did not go check them and just stood there to watch the entire check out. So of course I was not going to wait (during closing) for him to check my entire walk through the store. I ended up leaving my items informing the cashier I would come back tomorrow for my items. Now, this is a piece of mind: it was closing there were plenty of people still there 99% Caucasian, that were not even being seen coming in , out or anything else JUST BECAUSE HE STRICTLY FOCUSED ON ME THE ENTIRE TIME. So maybe some of the “whites” stole thousands of dollars while he watched me only. I very openly expressed it to the cashier as I stepped up to cash out and little did I know that he would stand there 20 seconds later. It was EXTREMELY OBVIOUS! And I hope one day he has ti go to little Havana or little Haiti amd someone does the same to him so he knows how humiliating it is. I’m also reporting to BBB and anyone that...
Read moreThe store is beautiful because it's new. The customer service is awful. I asked if they had a certain item because I didn't see it in the section where I assumed it would be located. I asked an employee that was folding clothes nearby and they said, "we should have them there" while pointing at the section I was just in. The other option would have been to walk with me a few feet to check. We arrive at checkout and we didn't notice one of our items didn't have the price tag. Our cashier called on the walkie for help from someone on the floor to get the UPC code. They told her they were helping someone else. Understandable but there were plenty of people on the floor and most of them were walking around putting merchandise back or folding clothes. (I used to be a cashier and if I wasn't the only cashier, which she wasn't, I would personally go on the floor to get the price tag myself). As soon as she told me that, I personally went to the section where I got it and grabbed another one with the price tag. On my way back to the front I walked right by the unoccupied manager. On our way out the door, the same manager was having a pleasant conversation with someone who looked like an employee or someone he knew in the exit's doorway. Every time we walk in the employees always walk by us without greeting, smiling, or asking if we need anything. We have decided...
Read moreI came into the Dick's Sporting Goods in Aventura, Florida, with a specific problem: back pain during my workouts. Frank was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He listened to my concerns and asked detailed questions about the type of pain I was experiencing and the activities I was doing. He then used his expertise to recommend a specific back support product that has been a game-changer for me. He explained the features and benefits of the product in relation to my back pain, and he even showed me how to use it properly. Thanks to Frank's understanding and product knowledge, I'm now able to work out without the same level of pain. He's a true asset to your team, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for expert advice on athletic supports, especially for pain management." Remember to add the date of your interaction...
