Review of the Walgreens located at In Aventura, FL my family has been a loyal customer and myself for over 30 years, I am switching to a different pharmacy because the pharmacist Miss Raquel Daniels, which is rude unpolite, she clearly knows her team dropped the ball for not being able to locate my meds, they say it’s because I have two profiles. since May, Miss Daniels blames my doctor should more accessible when I call, but the issues weren’t my doctor but here team I literally only went to the 3 times this month to the pharmacy. I have diverticulitis I’ve been in unbearable pain! I’m 6ft 220lbs, I can handle pain, but this isn’t right, no one should ever have to go through this, my doctor’s office sent the prescription 4 times since May 21 it’s now June 21st. when I showed Miss Daniels my stomach and how bloated I was she said I was part of the problem that I spoke to fast. Not even I’m sorry you’re going through this will speak to my team, investigate this matter, so it never happens again. Perhaps she is incompetent it’s clear that this should have not taken me 4 total visits to get this prescription filled. WE DON’T NEED THIS TYPE OF SERVICE OR INDIVIVUAL IN AVENTURA, WE NEED A HIGHER CALIBER OF INDIVIUAL. Perhaps she is better fit in another city but not AVENTURA. I will take this to corporate for sure. I will also inform the UNIVERSTY OF MIAMI of her comments, if all we all put a little effort into treating other brothers and sister better the world would be a...

Worst pharmacy ever!!! Please don't go there. Terrible customer service!!! Long wait times. Pharmacist are actually not the problem they are good and resolved the issues, problem if the staff. They are terrible!! One I'm my children. Who has asthma needed his spacer and the Dr called it in 12pm. I called 4 times that day to see if it was ready without any luck at all to get them on the phone. Then I just went by. Last at the drive through said following: We have been swamped today sorry it's not ready and I don't think it will be today, if I where you if come back tomorrow and try then!!! Again an asthma medication needed at all times places 10 hour prior. Needles to say I didn't accept her answer Nd told her a few things in sure she won't soon forget. Went inside spoke to the pharmacist and she was kind enough to prep it for me within 3 mins max. She said of course and I'm sorry for that inside totally inapropiate. Same lady took my money d said you see sometimes ur lucky they do it fast. She should be fired at the very least!! Anyways the one mile up is also 34 hours in hallandale beach Blvd a d they Re so much better in every way recommend that one.
