Love this store and the owners, Mark & Cindy, are first rate in customer service and knowledge of the Oreck products. We have light cream rugs for almost 25 years and this store and their Oreck products are a big reason why they look as good as they do! I highly recommend the Oreck Orbiter for carpet cleaning. It doesn’t saturate the carpet like other carpet cleaners do and it gives a great result. Never again. Not to be trusted. Vacuum kept turning off for no reason. Cord was ripped, asked them to replace it, along with fixing motor problem. I should have been suspicious when she asked how much I was willing to pay for repair. Surprise! The cost was almost exactly what I said I could spend. I presumed they replaced cord as requested, I didn't find out until weeks later during use that they had neither fixed nor repaired cord. Would NEVER recommend...
