Thankful this local business has been able to stay open and alive during the pandemic even though they had to physically be closed for months during peak COVID and had to deal with suppliers not operating for months. I don’t understand the negative review of someone who is upset with parts taking a long time during COVID when the owner tells you every single detail upfront about circumstances out of their control. Derek is kind, smart, caring, great at repairs and has an eclectic selection of items that the negative review seems like that customer just wants to complain. Completely unprofessional, rude & never there. Toke over a month to tell me (Derek) that he didn’t know when the part would become available. Very bad experience!!! Ended up going elsewhere & had it done within a week for $20 less than what Derek quoted...

I have him repair all our lighting, he is a gifted guy.. He has the store on 414 Main Street in Avon, and has the weekend shop at the Collingswood Auction. I think he is the best at lighting repair in Monmouth County!
