Review update: I have the conversation that I had with the person on your website yesterday in screen shots and It was stated you have no return policy at your store and also me wanting to return the bike has nothing to do with the seasons changing at all my husband decided a e bike was not for him and 30 days is the basic return at any eatablishment but obviously not yours I will be contacting the BBB today and I will be contacting my lawyer to see what the next step I may be able to take and I will never recommend this establishment to another person because obviously it is a rip off and wants to take the customers money but not provide customer service.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE for a Electric Bike a Month Ago today I bought my Husband a electric Bike and My Husband Decided that it was not for him. So this Morning I decided to contact the store thru there online chat icon and asked about there return policy since they do not provide receipts for purchases either and they said they do not do returns. So I will be contacting the BBB( Better Business Bureau) and Reporting this Business and I strongly advise NO BODY to buy a bike from this this Business Surf and...

I love this shop! Went in yesterday for their board swap, came home with a great 9' foamie, a brand new leash, a beanie, wax combs and sex wax car air fresheners. it's a classic surf shop, the kind that makes you want to just roam around (they were even playing bob marley when i walked in). prices are great, tons of boards and all the other equipment you need and the guys are super lovely and helpful. if you love surf shops, you'll...

I called a few surf shops to see if they did board rentals in the winter. I snapped my board recently and was not wanting to buy a brand new one.
