Meredith was absolutely wonderful. I went for my first assisted lymphatic drainage massage yesterday and she created the safest space for me to relax and heal. I experienced an almost immediate sense of “lightness” and slept better than I have in years after. Meredith is a wealth of knowledge and it is abundantly clear she is there to try to help you feel your absolute best. Already booked another service with her and am counting down the days!

SECOND EDIT: Went for an SER session with Gina this past weekend- what an incredible experience. She truly has a gift. The experience itself is so difficult to put into worlds, but the reduction in anxiety since is WILD and my emotions are much better controlled. Thoughts and experiences that weighed so heavily on me for years I can now revisit without being completely overwhelmed or upset by. Meredith had told me before I booked that you have to be open and ready for the experience and I really felt like I was and Gina confirmed. Booked my next session right away and am looking so forward to continued healing.

Had my 1st colonic today with Meredith with my fiancée. Didn't know what to expect as I didn't want to do a bunch of searching on social media and wanted to come with no expectations of what my experience would be. I can absolutely see why they have 5 stars. As a Massage Therapist and Reiki Master, I appreciated the attention to every detail, from the Berkey water dispenser, NOT a plastic Poland Springs jug and they even had bamboo toilet paper, so as those might seem like nothing to others I knew that I was in a wonderful safe environment! We were immediately greeted by the beautiful esthetic, soft light from outside illuminating the plants that added to the energy as well as the inviting smell of essential oils in the air. As you removed your shoes at the door, you were escorted to a private and comfortable room that was closed off from the reception area with a bathroom close by and prepped for the colonic. Meredith stayed in the room the whole time during the treatment doing stomach massages with essential oils and made the session comfortable and tolerable for us and although results vary, we had great results!! We were given a saline solution after the treatment and booked again for a couple of weeks from today. Meredith at Body Alchemy Wellness did my first ALT (Assisted Lymphatic Treatment) and Thermography. Even after treatment Meredith went a step above in professionalism to provide a suggestion for another place that may be able to provide the same or a somewhat similar service due the strain of the commute.Even after weeks the other company still haven't reached bk out after I sent them an email through their contact us information and they are much closer. Overall you hit my entire body, were open to suggestions, and worked with me throughout the duration of treatment. Meredith, you set the bar professionally high for others. If I cant afford 1 big price due to the size of the package plan, then I will seek the establishment of a payment plan as we work together because you've set the bar that high professionally. If I lived a lot closer I would try to see u 2x-3x a week just because your professionalism, quality of your work, and I probably need the many sessions for my personal health journey. The fact you already referred me to give me another says a lot and to be honest and transparent with you and they haven't reached back out and they are closers still places you at the top of my list in the entire state if not the east coast collectively.
