Just called to make an appointment as a new patient, and was told I couldn’t do that without knowing which doctor I wanted to see. Despite the fact that I’m already in the UH/Westshore system as a patient and am just trying to receive care closer to home. But, ok. “Who has the earliest availability to accept a new patient?” “Well sir, I need to know which doctor, some of them aren’t accepting new patients.” ...holy cow, is this a prank show? I’m supposed to have hacked into your scheduling database to know which of your providers has an open slot? Or, is this like a mafia clinic, and I need to know somebody who knows somebody who can introduce me to the right people to get in?

I don’t pick my provider by looking at their picture online. I just want to make an appointment. Thanks for not even being able to accomplish the single most fundamental part...

Dr. Rish is a horrible doctor and probably not that good of a person. Very very prejudice. I felt IMMEDIATELY judged by him because of a disorder I have, to the point I called my wife afterward to tell her how upset it made me and I need to find another doctor. Well low and behold when I got a letter a week later saying he will no longer accept me as a patient. I went there for a constipation medicine. THATS IT!!! He asked me nothing about my medical history, nothing about how my health was currently, he saw my disorder, passed judgement and got me out of there ASAP. I was sick, constipated, waiting desperately for my prescriptions he wrote me to get preauthorized for a week, only to find out he cancelled them. Wow thanks doc you really care about...

Dr. Rish is an excellent diagnostician! Everyone here is very friendly and professional. You can make appointments on line & check in on line plus get your results! Dr. Rish is also very creative & has taken many of the photographs displayed in the offices. He has also created many works of art made in wood. He's made a pencil cup, business card holder, photo frames, a coat rack with places for Umbrellas, and the device they use to measure your height! He remembers his patients and gives them a good examination and keeps track of needed tests!...
