I have purchased two phones at this store. Each time there has been an issue. Insurance was not added when I asked and was quoted when I purchased my Iphone 14. The second phone, I was being charged around $40 more than what was quoted in this store. For a galaxy I was paying almost $60 a month. It wasnt even the most expensive galaxy. When I went to this store to ask about this issue the manager was yelling and degrading a tmobile customer representive over the phone. He had to refund the money to the customers infront of me because he could not complete their order. When it was my turn to discuss my issue about why I was being charged $177 a month for my phone bill instead of the $90 a month that I was quoted when I purchased the phone, he said that if I came in a couple of months after I got the phone that he could do something about it but now it was too late. I purchased the phone on September 27th, 2023 and today is December 11, 2023. Ridiculous! Long story short. I switched to comcast. My newest version of Iphone is costing me $20/mo for the device and $45/mo , compared to tmobile's $75 unlimited plan. Insurance cost at comcast is $3 less than tmobile. I needed a new phone and found out that T-Mobile had opened up a new store in Avon Co (where I work) which is huge! The store opens at 10am and I had arrived a little early but regardless they opened the store a few minutes early which was nice. First impressions when walking in; I was greeted right away with a smile by Anna. The store is clean, and well organized. Its located in a great location that's easy to get to. The store is well lit with lots of pink lights! T-Mobile has always had top notch customer service, their prices are always competitive. I walked in at 10am and I walked out by 10:15am with a brand new Samsung S8 in hand and ready to go. Will always be a T-Mobile customer and I will never switch to any other provider. Read moreWent into the store to have a new account activated for my mom (65+). The old male worker who was a veteran told us he couldn’t help at all and that we just need to call customer support. We ended up on the phone With customer support for over an hour as I was transferred to 8 different customers service representatives who did not understand that all I needed was just an account activated. This was a simple process that could’ve taken 15 minutes if the gentleman had helped us call the customer service hotline while we were in the store. There was two other customers and four employees. Truly, no reason why this gentleman could’ve not helped us through this phone call to ensure that it did not take an hour.
