A couple months ago I stopped in with my old S5 that I wanted to switch over so my dad could use it.. These guys were super helpful taking hours out of their work day to help me get this done. With multiple problems and password roadblocks, they stayed through to the end. Got my dad a working phone in one day.. When I asked how much they said it was free! Just helped me out all day for nothing is how I saw it. Extremely professional, these guys really know their stuff. Capable of answering & explaining in simple words every question I had. Yesterday I stopped in to upgrade to the S9+ and again they bent over backwards for me. My account has 10 lines and they restructured the whole thing. It was already cheap, but when Nick was done (took a couple hours to figure it all out) I got a free tablet, new S9+, and insurance for all lines (instead of half), AND the monthly bill is LESS than it was when I walked in the door. I'm completely blown away with their customer service. A little unconventional (which most geniuses are) they are on top of the game here. Read moreUpgrading to the latest IPhone was a breeze. Upon entering I was welcomed with smiles from Toshua and Jordan.
“Get in here, you mountain man you.”
Before I knew it Jordan set me up quickly w the ergonomic lumbar supporting chair.
“Do these come with a trade in?” I thought aloud. My house could use some sleek seats.
Before I knew it I was being shown the ways of the cellular world.
Jordan was playing phone jujitsu with all the respective parties involved.
“Please hold for the next available agent. You’re place holder number two.” The robots beeped.
“I like today.” Jordan beamed. “Legend has it that our boss once had 97 callers in front of him.”
Long story short. Your team at this store was excellent. Jordan and Tosh were diligent and patient with me. Jordan answered any (no matter how silly) phone related question with poise, and before long I was out of there w my new gadget.

Read moreSomething went haywire while trying to swap out a SIM card on my devices....long story short, after spending 1 hour on a web chat I was told to go to a Verizon store and get a new SIM card and it would all be sorted out. It wasn't. I ended up spending another 3 hours on the phone with Verizon while there. Donovan, who works there, stayed with me helping me the entire time. Not only did he help me, but I watched an endless stream of people walk in with many ridiculous problems like myself and he helped every single one of them. With a smile. I don't even think it is in his job description to help 75% of these people that probably aren't even paying customers. He made my 3 hours there actually enjoyable! For something that is a total waste of time ( 3 hours of my life I will never get back ) it turns out it wasn't because I got to meet Donovan and restore my faith in people! Give...
