Today I went in to get the Samsung S23 ultra and was greeted with professionalism the entire time.

Steven was such a great help and I personally appreciate all that he did today despite my mistake that I made. He even went above and beyond to ensure that I got a better plan and still kept my insurance. I also think that he deserves a raise.

But overall I was treated with friendliness and professionalism...

Worst experience ever! Was sold a used phone and was not explained this at the time of purchase. I saw used written on the box when I got home. Called them n they said oh, well you aren't due for another new one even though I had just purchased a new one a couple of months ago that quit. I'll never spend another...
