Bojangles — Restaurant in Ayden

Horrible service nearly every time I come here. My last visit was a couple nights ago, and I stopped to get dinner in the drive through. Took about 20 minutes for me to move up 2 car lengths just to get to the speaker to order and when I finally made it to the window, the cashier said it would be about 3 or 4 more mins for my food to be ready, so I was instructed to pull into one of the parking spaces so that someone could bring it out to me. Ended up waiting for close to 30 mins and seeing other cars that had pulled up, getting their food and driving away, so I went inside and explained that I thought they had forgotten my order. Waited inside yet another 10 or 15 mins and finally the manager handed me my food, yet didnt even apologize for the issue or offer a refund or any type of compensation for my trouble. I understand that fast food restaurants get super busy and I imagine that working there is very stressful and makes it easy for mistakes to happen, but this isnt the first time I was asked to pull into a parking spot and wait at a Bojangles and then end up being forgotten about. They really need to make sure that they have a solid system for keeping up with delayed orders, so that people aren't waiting for extremely long periods of time...or even forgotten completely. If I had wanted to go inside the restaraunt, I wouldnt have even gone to the drive through. Fast food is supposed to be somewhat fast. And they also need to remember to put honey mustard or whichever dipping sauce ppl ask for, and straws for drinks. It's the least they can do, especially if they really expect to make $15/hr 🙄 Oh and the one star is only because I HAD to put at least one to...

Poor communication when reporting a problem. Update: I get an auto response from this bad review telling to go to there website and file a complaint. But the thing is I have file two different complaints before writing this bad review. That is why I wrote the above comment. They messed my order up the first time in the drive thru. The person in the drive thru could not tell me what type of chicken I had if it was supreme or home style. I asked him if he did not know then how could i know. I had order one of each kids meal with each one having a different sauce so i could know what was what. But instead they did not give the right sauce for either one but gave me bo sauce for everything and I did not even ask for any bo sauce. I wanted one with ranch and the other with honey mustard. Then the next day my wife goes there because the kids wanted it again and this time there was no sauces in the boxes. For both visits it was on the receipts that there should be sauce for each one and the type. I just feel like the service at this store has...

This is the slowest Bojangles I have ever been to. The staff is nice they are just terribly slow and not accurate with orders. As soon as we walked in we had to wait 10 minutes for someone to take our order. This wasn’t a big deal as they seemed short staffed. We placed our order one which included a grilled sandwich and unseasoned fries. My husband and child got their food. We were informed they were waiting on fries and would bring out the rest when it was ready. 15 minutes went by and my husband went up to ask about our order. They claimed they had it ready but didn’t know who it belonged to so they put it back. They fixed new fries and brought it out and the sandwich was wrong! I should not have to spend this amount of time waiting for Food!
