Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Ayden

I wish this review was only about the food, which was... fine. Typical greasy, common Pizza Hut Pizza.

It took entirely too long for the employee to take a simple single order for the woman in front of me, but I figured there was more to it that maybe I missed. When it was my turn, I had a very basic order, and then she asked my name & number for the order.

I kid you not; this young lady could not comprehend the name "Douglas" no matter how many times I said it or spelled it. She was struggling, and I question who would allow her to work up front in the first place. I came back 15 minutes later since they never called; I'm assuming she got my number wrong as well. A young man asked for my name, and then looked confused and asked what I ordered.

When I received my food and receipt, the name read "Dougles." Maybe this review should be for Ayden High School for failing the community. I can't trust anyone to handle my food when they can't spell common names. Don't take my bad opinion seriously. Eat here if you want, it's... fine.

Dougles? My phone wants to autocorrect this so bad, but she thought it looked correct, so maybe...

Very busy day. Ordered a large cheese and some apple pie for dessert to be delivered. Opened the box to find a pizza that looked like it had been dropped on the floor and folder in half. One apple pie was crushed.

Like I said, it was a very busy day. I had to now stop what I was doing, go to pizza hut to bring back this order I'm not accepting. Walk inside and put the purchase on the counter and ask for the manager. Who gave me my money back.

The girl who delivered, however, was proud of the food she delivered and pissed off that I wasn't happy with the condition of my food that she delivered and thought her "sorry" was acceptable for wasting my time and money. She was rude, flippant, and needs WAY more training in customer service as she clearly has no idea that she works in a service industry nor what customer service means. I mean, basically, what I got was equivalent to my order being served on a dirty alley trash can lid. No, thank you! Seriously, whatever happened to quality control? Very, very disappointing. I will never order...

This is my third time giving this place a chance and it's my last. Their wings are waaay over priced, have hardly any sauce on them and charge you a dollar for 1 ranch!? It comes in a premade packet, that's probably 10 cents. Now the important part, I called and spoke to a foreign women, not being racist, she was on point and repeated my order, exactly how I wanted it. I asked for 1 large thin crust DOUBLE chicken and banana pepper pizza, extra sauce. There was maybe two pieces of chicken on it and no sauce!!! It was like eating cardboard they didn't even bother putting sauce or chicken on it!! Next I got a large, pepperoni, bacon and Italian sausage pizza thin crust and extra sauce. Guess what no sauce and hardly anything on the toppings! I could understand if they were busy, it was a Sunday, no one there!!! Don't waste your time on Pizza Hut, in Ayden. Worst pizzas and way too expensive, I've never in my life had a pizza soo bad. I was better off eating the cardboard,...
