Dear Subway in Ayden, kiss my business goodbye until you improve customer service! Having worked in a restaurant for 6 years I learned that you can NOT lock the doors and cut off the open sign at 8:45 when you close at 9. 🤷🏼♀️ That’s just life. NOBODY was up front and when my husband called they just let the phone ring while he stood and watched to see if anyone would come from the back. It would’ve taken 2-3 minutes to make 2 simple subs and that money goes in your paycheck by the way 🤦🏼♀️ when I called THREE times someone finally answered and the girl tried explaining to me (with an “I don’t care” attitude) they closed at 9? I said okay? 8:45 isn’t 9:00? When I asked for the number to corporate or a manager she said she didn’t know it but I could look online?! Talk about horrible customer service! Told me that it didn’t matter who’s been making my sub that way that she’s there working now and I’m not allowed to order my sub that way. Read moreMy mom and son went in to get a kids sub and a 6in sub for my grandfather on 7/21/23. The lady on staff was huffy and rude right off the bat. The gentleman has a much better disposition. She put regular meat portion on it then mom mentioned the deluxe option. She told my mom there wasn't a deluxe option, but there is and we have used it often. She just slapped extra meat on it and flopped toppings on it like she was mad. My 9yo asked my mom why she was so rude. Then the lady charged for double meat and told my mom that "that's what it costs!" The guy is nice and they're close to my work but I was already teetering on not eating there anymore because of this lady's attitude before.
