I’ve been going to Secret Grotto for almost 5 years now, and I honestly can’t say enough about Ailynn. She’s not only an incredibly talented hairstylist, who does so much more than just hair but she’s also such a genuinely amazing person. I live about an hour and a half away but it’s so worth it and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair.

From the beginning, Ailynn, Lily and Roo ❤️ made me feel so comfortable and welcome. Every appointment feels like I’m catching up with a friend, and I always leave her salon feeling refreshed and happy.

Ailynn was my hairstylist. I went to her a few times before and this is my last time. I showed her the reference photo and my hair looked nothing like the picture by the time she was done with it. I asked for a refund, she declined and used her financial situation about her rent overhead charge as well as her “professionalism” as a reason to decline the refund.
