Dollar General — Local services in Aztec

You would think with my ever so often visits to this place I would learn my lesson but this is first. I was in the middle of making a very late dinner and realized I needed some kind of spice or seasoning for my meal so I dropped everything and took off to dollar store and it is now 9:52 and the doors were locked the parking lot had one other car there.. so no activity at all I just thought my clock was slow so I called and asked if there was anyway I could come in and get my missing ingredient and the man that answered the phone barely let me talk. I was on my best behavior so I know I wasn't rude. He's all "ma'am, now we had a fire emergency, ma'am " no matter what I said his words were always started with "now , ma'am" and his condescending tone was very off-putting. if there was another dollar general near that was open ,(because I haven't ever been treated so rudely by someone over the phone for asking a super simple question) I would be there Everytime I go in there different people. Yessina is the nicest most normal down to earth person that works there. I don't know how they even keep her. Probably the only reason there are regulars still.. Employees are way rude. The store manager is, something I can't say in a review. But to say the least I can, she clearly doesn't care about her job. Someone who treats people employees & customers alike doesn't need to be in charge of running a store. The store itself, 1 out of 2 working, not helpful at all. Rude. Couldn't tell me a thing. Other employee, who was young just a kid really, was on check out, he was polite and answered more questions than other. Also store was empty & cluttered with boxes to stock. This store usually has what I need, but that’s not why I’m leaving a review. This store used to have a very friendly and kind staff, but they now have Very creepy men there. I’m not being prejudice to men because they had good guys working before, but now not so much. They are always arguing with each other and being very creepy to every other customer. It is to the point where my family and friends refuse to use the store. I even heard from other employees that said they quit because of them. 10/10 would not...
