Hidden gem in Azusa's downtown. I would go back 110%. I've been here at least 3 or 4 times and have been treated like family every single time. Carole and Natalie are the best estheticians I've come across. The space is nice and comforting. I'm a light sleeper and I even have my facial sessions where I come close to absolutely knocking out. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for something refreshing, relaxing, and as a place to recharge. I always come in on Saturday's and get back to my daily life on Sundays feeling ready to take on anything that life throws at me. The apocalypse could be happening a week from now and I'd still book an appointment here. Besides me being hyperbolic, this place is such a treat. As soon as I stepped in the door of Pamper Me Spa i was greeted right away with open arms by Alex who had a big smile on his face. Which made the beginning of my experience off to a great start. I came in ready and excited to receive the hydro facial which was done by Carol. From start to finish the facial was relaxing and very informative. Throughout every step in the process of the facial Carol told me exactly what was being put on my face and the benefits that each product had. While doing this she did a very good job of deeply massaging every product into my skin so that I got the ultimate results. At the end of my facial I felt very fresh and rejuvenated. I went here twice. First time, I had a faciaI. She was in rush that even though the jelly mask is not dry yet, she already removed it with a wet cloth. She did it too hard that it irritated my face slightly. My thought was it’s fine because I bought the facial for a Groupon price. Second time, I went here was to remove hair on my face. Omg! She did it too hard and very fast! It was very uncomfortable. I could feel the razor on my face being push down. I feel like she’s scrapping my face with a razor. when she put the mask on my face, I felt like my whole face was on fire! It was very painful. She gave me a few cuts on my face.
