United States Postal Service — Local services in Azusa

I put in a change of address on August 3rd and followed all the instructions I needed to do. Today is October 14th and not one piece of mail has been forwarded to my new address. All I keep getting is excuses. Repeatedly telling me third class mail will not be forwarded, which I don't care about it. I care about my actual first class letters. My concern is a new mailman has the route and either he is throwing my mail away or he needs to be retrained and take his job more seriously. It's impossible not to get one letter forwarded in 3 months. To try to make things better Francine told me that the new mailman saw one letter and forward it a month ago on a Saturday and coincidentally I still never got that either. This post office is not accountable or responsible when it comes to their mistakes and cover up for each other. The previous mailman was awesome. Always got my letters forwarded. Not with this new mailman on the route. Very very extremely disappointed, especially that there's nothing I can do because...

lets see Filed a complaint ,because they kept delivering wrong mail to my house ,and then when they deliverd mail it was always between 6-7 pm,well 30 min after that complaint ,the supervisor showed up at my house ready to fight and call me a liar ,it came to my home on a personal level, it should be business,the complaint was about the supervisor at usps in azusa cause he shows up at my house very aggressive and ignorant acting, and then he said u will never get mail again at this house ,so I spoke a attorney and my rights have been violated,so i was forced to hire him to preserve my rights as a us citizen,not sure if he was us citizen or not, beware of this post office the girls and the guy working the counter are great people ,but the management is wow i don't have the words for it.All I can say that is important is..I will see you in court fat...

The Postal workers here are friendly and helpful. They are highly recommended if you are trying to figure something out regarding your mailing or packaging, as they don't mind taking the time to help you. They usually have all of the latest stamps and stationary. The PO boxes available come in many sizes, and they do a good job not destroying your mail just to try to fit it in your box.

Parking can get full during busy hours, but that is mostly because of the other stores.accross the street. However, there are two large drive up mailboxes located on Azusa Avenue as you approach the post office from the south, and two more as you approach from the north on SAN Gabriel.
