Good pool, just like all other Arlington public indoor pools. Friendly, helpful staff.

The smaller, instructional pool is warm (84) but CAUTION: the chlorine level is problematic and inconsistent from one day to the next. It could be overly HIGH on some days (3 ppm OR HIGHER!). Check with the lifeguard. On some days, the chlorine level of this pool is so high that it affects the air quality of the whole aquatic facility!

The larger, competition pool is cooler (81), with stable chlorine level.

Giving it 2 stars because the staff is SO RUDE! I was there several times with my kids last year and it was the same rude staff members. They didnt let kids use life jackets, I called the main office and only then they let us use the jackets. Today it was the same story, no life jackets, cold temperature , wide open three emergency exits with running fan because “It is too hot for the staff” (while little kids were shivering from drafty cold air), when requested to close at least one door because it was cold and windy, the staff agresively refused. Nice pool, but very expensive! Also if you work a normal work schedule and try to swim in the early morning and evenings then pool will be crowded. Have to share the pool with high school swimmers and other classes so don't expect a free lane. High school locker rooms not so great and parking is a pain.
