I COULD NOT RECOMMEND JULIANI FROM BREEZEWOOD GARDEN CENTER MORE! She was just the greatest! My dad's friend who used to be a florist recommended Breezewood. I hadn't met with any other florists yet but was instantly sold after the first meeting with Juliani! She was so sweet and such a hard worker. We would talk about ideas and she would run out of the room to grab a flower to show us and before I knew it she had assembled a BEAUTIFUL bouquet right before my eyes! Sounds weird to say, but I had such a FUN time during that meeting. She put my mind at ease. Over the next few months any time I had a question, she was so easy to communicate with! Emails were responded to most times the same day, if not the next day at the absolute latest! Later on I added on ideas for our ceremony space. I met with her in person again to pick out flowers at the ceremony and then she even drew the cutest little picture of what the setup would look like. She clearly cares about her work and her customers. Any time I'd come in she'd remember me by name and face (even with my mask on!), and she'd always introduce me to her coworkers saying "this is my bride Jessica"... I felt so special! The day of our wedding I was blown away! Our centerpieces and bouquets were works of art! I'm even sending my bouquet off to be preserved because I knew it was going to be gorgeous! Breezewood is awesome, but Juliana is the absolute best! Highly highly highly recommend! Anytime in the future if I need something for a special occasion I know...

I made an international floral (I live outside USA) online order. I asked them to call to arrange delivery. In Aurora. And they called to arrange delivery once. And got no answer. And now the order will be delivered ,I hope, 2 days late. I am very disappointed. Arranging delivery is what I paid an extra $12.00 for. I won't use them Ever again. The point is what were they going to do with $80.00 + delivery after one call?? It was a Saturday delivery. Sunday they don't deliver And when I placed an international long distance call to make an inquiry the women who answered the phone wanted to argue with me. Instead of politely saying we will make this right. She was defensive and not professional. What happened to customer service? I guess they do not need me for a customer. They have a huge building with extensive inventory. I am a drop in the bucket. I am taking my drops to...

This is one of my favorite fun shopping destinations. It's a gift shop and housewares store; clothing and shoe store and plant and flower nursery all rolled into one! Everything sold here is of the highest quality and taste! Many unique items and seasonal and holiday items. They have spacious inside and outside areas for perennials and annuals, always healthy plants. All you need for backyard birding too. Breezewood also hosts many fun events during the year, that include delicious food! The last Christmas event with Santa, was well planned and fun for adults and kids. Lots of fun craft making and this foodie was surprised and happy with the all the different savories and sweets provided...
