Giant Eagle Supermarket — Local services in Bainbridge Township

The reason why I’m giving this One is because when you go into a bakery at 730am opens at 700am on Sunday for customers, the baker should have all the bread already Baked. They had like four loaves left over from the night before no fresh bread. Please help me understand why.?????? When asked they were very nonchalant. Shouldn’t it be Available earlier!! Also wanted to get an item that was on sale the week before went to the register and it was a higher price they had to change it In the system marked down from $21 to 11. Register read it as 21. The clerk had to go back and Discuss with the manager of that department freezer section that was corrected last week . UPDATE: Unfortunately the Curbside Express service at this location has gone way downhill very fast. The manager, Ruthy, had it running like a fine-tuned machine and she is no longer working there - and now every shopping order is a borderline disaster. Products are wrong or expired, or they say they are out of things they are not out of. It's a gigantic mess. NO LONGER RECOMMENDING.

I don't shop here anymore, the prices just don't reflect the value anymore. I have always encountered helpful employees when I shopped. The chicken counter is unique, if not properly staffed all the time, and it's a nice place to grab lunch for those on the go. The selection of wine and beer is quite good and the stock people are knowledgeable. For snacks and non perishable items, I would shop elsewhere for cheaper. The produce is usually well stocked and the bakery has a nice variety. (I don't shop the seafood section because of a strong fish odor and I buy meat from a butcher.)
