I have been collecting cards for awhile and thought about getting some graded in June...

After meeting with Jeff (owner) and Doug I knew that they were the guys to take care of this. Their passion for collecting and making sure customers are happy with their purchases is above and beyond. The level of professionalism was top notch and both guys very responsive to any question I have.

From such a positive interaction I got back into the hobby, I have had over 100 cards graded and am having so much fun with my son in getting him into the hobby.

As someone who has high expectations and am very picky with who handles my cards, this place I can say...

The absolute worst experience. I sent a card out to get graded in mid February and was told a month or 2 max. I got it back June 25th. Worst part is it was sent out to get pre grade (which I was never told, but pre graded perfectly and would have gemmed) then when I walk in the store he tell me PSA rejected it. Completely different card!! I have never complained about anything in my life. They did absolutely nothing about it. Worst experience from a store in my life. Not to mention all the prices on everything is marked up ridiculously....

Edit...... I made police report so I had documentation. Police advised me to definitely take GS to court. Again the card pre graded perfectly. I received a completely different card then I sent. GS DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING...
