I cannot say enough good things about this bakery. The staff is always so helpful and pleasant, but the actual baked goods are outstanding! The donuts have always been delicious but the cakes are out of the world (this is the third birthday cake I have ordered from here). Not only designed beautifully but always taste delicious and never dry! My daughter wanted a strawberry flavored cake for her birthday, which I was on the fence about, but this cake was hands down one of the best I’ve ever had! Highly recommend giving them a try for your next party!

Good homemade doughnuts . Beware they are on the sweet side . The cream filling is little over the top on sweet . I know doughnuts well . I've sampled them all over the world and these are above average they get a B- . The shop girl needs a lesson or two on customer service . Oh and beware if you want to use your card it's a 5.00 minimum . They will hold you too it down to the penny . My total was 4.75 and I was still made to buy something else to top the 5.00 minimum . Raised and glazed kind left a sour note with me .

I guess they just throw the donuts into a bag now. Nobody is going to want these anymore. Over six dollars for 4 donuts and can't even provide something that won't essentially ruin them. If they ran out or something they should tell you before dropping them into the bottom of a bag. The donuts are still good this time I'm sure, but just dumping them all into one brown bag is unacceptable! Not even bakery tissue was a consideration.

terrible experience! I have been to raised in glazed a couple of times prior and even got my wedding cake done there, but for some reason this experience was the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Called up to ask if gender reveal cupcakes was something that they do there and the girl on the phone told me that they do. I trusted in the skils that they had to stuff a cupcake (and not have anything revealed until someone took a bite) but was disappointed when all it took was for the cupcake liner to get peeled back slightly and there it was! Called up to explain my disappointment and assumed that the owner would understand my discontent but quite the opposite! She blamed me because it was my idea. Failed to take ownership that the cupcake was way over filled! Offered me nothing as a customer that has spent alot of money through their business. If you can't make something happen for your customer or have doubts on it being successful, don't do it! Or at least have the decency to respond a little more respectfully seeing as something that was to be very...

From one business owner to another I wanted to support small when ordering my cupcakes. When I went to pick up my order I was shorted 4 cupcakes. When I asked for the 4 missing cupcakes it seemed like I was putting them out by asking for them. The 36 cupcakes were placed in a sheet cake box with nothing to stabilize the cupcakes in the box. When I shared by concerns with the baker she seemed annoyed and said as long as I don’t slam on the brakes they should be fine. She never offered to help me take the stuff to the car. After leaving a reasonable tip I don’t think that I should’ve had to ask for someone to open the door for me. Sorry to be such an inconvenience. As a small business owner if one of my customers shared a concern it is my job to find a solution suitable for the customer. The baker offered plastic containers, but since she was acting like I was putting her out, I just took my cupcakes and left. If I’m spending $150 for cupcakes, I have a higher expectation of...

I think Raised & Glazed deserves a lot of credit. They're definitely a breath of releif for the area considering there isn't a lot in terms of variety out where they are. Most people in town will settle for sub part food. Wow I sound asinine, but really, Raised & Glazed is greatness in a town that doesn't have a lot to define it. Raised & Glazed is a reason to drive out of your way for some real doughnuts for a cheap price. When you bring their doughnuts somewhere, you are a god among men. When you go to Dunking Donuts and bring that stuff to friends and coworkers... well... that makes you look bad.

The girt behind the counter is snooty, but only if you waste her time. So if she's tempermemtal, it's because you're an idiot. What? Have you never had a doughnut? You want me to explain what cream...
