Low Sales Pressure, but Dangerous for someone, like me for instance, who had plenty of time to browse and with my Wife out of town for business, only the absurd amount of High Quality, Low Cost, and literally everything from Adhesive Tape/Gauze for when your Horse has a muscle strain to 4 different size(diameter) BBs/Pellets in multiple package sizes. Oh yea, dont forget the LED lights that light up the bed of your pickup so you can find your flashlight back there at night... Please dont mistake my Sarcasm Humor as derogatory, actually it's the opposite, I would much rather have to decide which brand, size, or color of the object I intended to purchase originally, than to walk aimlessly through a store wasting my time looking for and eventually leaving confused AND highly upset that I spent(wasted) my time in a store named, hypothetically, "Rakes R Us" and all I could find was, Again Hypothetical, PVC Pipe & Trailer Hitches that play music... Well, I hope you enjoyed my humor, but also understood the point I was trying to make. If I had to add something derogatory, it would be, the staff is in the store to do a Job and they're adequately staffed, but if a particular staff member's job that day was to be a Pallet Jack Bumper or Cash Register Guard, then that is ALL they do. After 30 years in Sales, Delivery, Merchandising, and ULTIMATELY CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ironically at one time or another held all of the first 3 titles, but NEVER "Customer Service Person", but when in fact that's the only Title that I was 100% of the time. Unhappy customers dont return if they have a choice! No customers, No store, No job, No money, Well I'm pretty sure in most cases it should go...

Normally when I go to Tractor Supply staff is friendly & will go out of their way to serve you...Went today they have an employee that is SORRY!! Derrick...The other cashier was having issue with on customer @ cash register during check out... Derrick is standing mid way of store talking on speaker phone to whom I don't know...There are 4 ppl waiting to check out...While other cashier is handling customer that he was having issues with...The cashier working calls for Derrick...Derrick comes lumbering down isle I was standing to check out, I'll give him he did ask politely to get around...But why could he have not walked down another isle??? Why did he not check out the ones standing & waiting...Working hard to avoid work...That is what I saw...Mind you I purchase Dog food EVERY WK & CHICKEN FEED EVERY 2 WKS...Just spent...

Like an any place there is good and bad. The prices really good on some stuff. Really bad on some stuff and about average on the rest. I like the cozy atmosphere. Most of the employees who i have encountered have been friendly and as helpful as possible. However I believe they might be short staffed and it hurts the service. The few staff that are there are steppin and fetchin..., running around like chickens with their heads cut off. The wasn't busy but the staff were and it left some of the customers in the lurch. It's still a good store they just need to pick up some help. If its a budget thing then corporate needs to open up the purse strings a little. Because its it's only going to...
