Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Bainbridge

I'm going to try here... Can you say 'Going to Hades on a handcar"? Because that's the only way to describe how this Popeyes is going down. I rated the service as 1 Star only because I didn't want the gentle readers to think I had forgotten to rate this almost non-existent metric. The mostly useless bags of water that inhabit the positions in this 'establishment' walk past you as you wait for service like you were invisible. No "be with you in a minute" or any other kind of acknowledgement; they just seem to meander back and forth getting nothing done.

And every time you go into this place, something is broken. Today the toilet couldn't be flushed and there were no carbonated drinks available. And all this was INSIDE the restaurant. The poor saps waiting in the drive through were the real victims. After waiting for 10 minutes or longer, they were usually rewarded for their patience with an incorrect order. One person had gotten the wrong order of fries and had to wait almost 10 minutes for them to correct the order only to discover her order had been placed in the holding bin 6 minutes earlier!

None of these problems are irreparable, though. The people who work there? Possibly a different story. You can't fix lazy when it...

First thing first, the drive thru works! The manager answered the headset but they have a note saying the drive thru is down. I gave them the benefit of doubt that maybe they didn't have enough staff. But they did. 1 on te front counter, 1 in the back, 1 cooking and the manager running around. I had to wait forever for my food. Another couple and I ordered at the same time. The manager made sure he gave them fresh chicken for the wait. I continue to wait after they left. Once I made it home I realized an item was missing. Once I got up there I hear the little girl who was on front counter say people weird. I assumed she wasn't talking about me because I literally have the receipt. So she saying something else the manager laughing. I had too wait again because clearly she didn't do her job. When I was leaving the little girl said something else as I'm walking out. I say yall weird and leave. Even shift always sucks. Every time it's something at this location. I want to post the receipt since they think I was lying. I paid $34, I want everything I paid for. Next time I will give the food back and ask for a refund. Cant beg you...

One of the worst Popeyes ever! They are always out of something. I went twice and they didn't have any mac & cheese. Today they only had tea and lemonade. Then they are always getting my order wrong. I ordered mild wings today and they gave me spicy. I asked for lite ice and of course I got a cup full of ice. If you take two sips of your drink it's gone. I waited 45 minutes once and the whole order was wrong. Instead of two 3 piece wing meals I was brought three 3 piece meals. The only reason I agreed to wait was because they didn't have any mild wings ready. They wait time was only suppose to be 20 minutes on the wings. I always have to wait a long time for my food (mild wings are never ready) and sometimes the food is cold once I get the order. Then my son complained about the amount of fries. He asked me did I eat some of them, and I said no because I didn't touch his food. Everytime you come to this place something is going to be wrong.
