My understanding is this is a Christian based business. But this Bainbridge GA. one can't possibly be. After I ordered my meal and a dish of ice cream I pulled off only to return minutes down the road. I never recieved a spoon and had to ask for napkins. I sat in a very long line waiting for a spoon while the ice cream melted. When I got around to where I could see the window, I could see the girl who forgot the spoon starring at me with an angry face. I pulled up when it was my turn, she brought out the new ice cream I asked for as mine had melted, handed it to me and she walked away. I said excuse me, I still need a spoon, that was the issue last time, no spoon, and i chuckled hoping to ease her anger. I handed her the melted ice cream which she didn't take before, she throws it on the counter, grabs a spoon, and says something nasty here, very nasty like. I said, is there a problem asking for a spoon. She gets angrier and proceeds to tell me she's not the problem. I said there obviously is a big problem asking for a spoon, you threw the ice cream on the counter. She gets angrier and tells me she did not, I said you did, but I was not going to argue over a spoon although she clearly had an attitude and was. So, 3 times I asked for her name and she refused, I finally got angry and said"what is your name?" She told me than walked away calling loudly a curse word at me and began telling her coworkers I was being a, insert another curse word here. All over her forgetting a spoon. No need for her to be nasty, I simply asked for a spoon and got nasty attitude. This business needs some help! Christian based, not this one. This attitude and cursing would never be tolerated at any other Chick-fil-A anywhere. And they would never tolerate a customer being abused in such a way. Please be aware you may here some ugly language at this...
Read more11 months ago.. I gave this place 5 stars.. Today June 3 2022 was my first time actually going inside of the establishment.. Very disappointed and a bit conflicted because I love the customer service in the drive thru.. Kinda thought it would be the same inside.. Well I was wrong.. When I got in line.. It was a gentleman that was exiting the line so I step to the register that he was previously.. And the cashier dissapeared.. So I was just standing there while the register right next to me was taking orders from people that came in after me.. So I asked was the register that I was at closed because I was being ignored.. They told me customers usually just wait until the cashier returns.. Well that didn't happen.. And while I was still standing there a woman came and had her drink refreshed while I was standing there.. Wow.. No one still said anything to me so I just stepped 6 inches to my right and they took my order.. But why couldn't they just ask me since I was basically next in line.. not their line but the line right next to me which I was the only one in.. And they could have just asked me if they could take my order without me standing there looking stupid.. And I wasn't even greeted?? Wow.. I don't understand.. Chick-fil-A has the best customer service in Bainbridge.. Or so I thought.. I couldn't even eat my food out of frustration.. Maybe Kelly( not sure if that's the name of the trainer or trainee) was having a bad day.. But I had a bad experience.. Hope it will be better next time.. Order#1804996...
Read moreIm still in amazement of this Companies Business Practices. Every store is immaculate, Every employee is happy, responsive, eager, helpful, knowledgeable, their decision from the beginning to be closed on Sunday is still in effect today. Unlike other businesses who have tried but eventually succumbed to pressure of the bottom line and trying to make anybody & everybody pick them and those who never even attempted to honor the sabbath, Chick-fil-A has held steadfast to their morality. I remember 30+ years ago being in the Tallahassee Mall with friends and everytime the word hungry came up there wasn't a question as to where you were gonna eat or what you were gonna order. At Chick-fil-A & 2 sandwiches and an order of waffle fries and in our case we would bring an Orange Julius there with us to drink and they had no problem because like the closed on Sunday rule has stood the test of time so has their customer service and the company's ability to hire, train, and keep the Best employees. I can honestly say that in almost 40 years of eating at various restaurants whether fast food, casual, or elegant dining Chick-fil-A has the Best overall experience over any other establishment hands down. Thanks for the memories past, present,...
