I went to my local Verizon Store in Bainbridge Ga to purchase a new phone. What a wonderful experience dealing with the young man , Tyler, who was extremely helpful. He answered all my questions and helped me pick out a phone that was perfect for my needs. He downloaded everything from my old phone to my new phone so when I left all was working perfectly. While I was there an elderly lady drove up and another Verizon employee, Steven poirier and josh luggi went to the door to let her in . She had a walker and I could see she was having some difficulty walking. He not only helped her with her phone but he walked with her outside and opened her door. I want to recognize an outstanding employee at this location, and his name is Moody. I took my Mom to get another phone, and she is elderly with memory problems. Moody was very patient and helpful and was just awesome the entire time. It took a bit to get everything done, and he did an extremely great job of answering our questions and concerns. I just want to share this experience because I hear a lot of how young people these days don't care to listen to the problems with "old folks," especially where technology is concerned.
