Wow... This little store has all the authentic, Asian foods you've been looking for! I finally found "pho noodles"...& they are sold here. This place reminds me of a Asian grocery store you'd find in San Francisco. They have things you'll ever see or find in our regular grocery stores... some rare veggies, packaged noodles, desserts and canned goods. Kinda crowded & workers filling the aisles, with narrow walk ways .. I LOVED IT!

The employees or owners seem to be lovely, helpful folks. They don't speak much English, but they'll figure out what your asking for & help you find it.

It was cool, there were all different races shopping in there the other day... Muslims, Indians, African Americans, Mexicans & a few young "College age, white" couples, running around with their recipes in hand, looking for all the ingredients they needed to prepare their special dishes.

I really like this place!

They have fresh fish and veggies & array of noodles, rice and sauces. They carry the wrapping for spring rolls....plus tons of teas AND even BOBA BALLS!

They have a bunch of other things I've never seen before, it's a fun experience just shopping there & seeing all the different authentic foods. (I also bought "Chinese bowls & spoons" for my pho soup at...

I think this the best stocked asian market in Bakersfield. They have the usual food and housewares you would want to find in an asian grocery store like different kinds of noodles, sauces, spices, and canned vegetables, canned fruits and canned meat products as well as cooking utensils and kitchen tools in the dry goods. Different kinds of meat cuts and meat products, fish, seafood, vegetables and fruits and sweets including asian flavored ice cream in the frozen section. Finally they also have fresh produce and many varieties of asian breads and prepared asian snacks and desserts. Friday is the best day to come if you want fresh produce and breads. If you can't find what you're looking for or does not want to spend the time, ask the owner, she is usually the cashier. She knows where everything is and if they don't have it then, you may ask her to get it for you. She'll let you know if she's able to. Call before going to the store to know if they have the item you're going for. Like I said, the owner knows everything she has in her store. Finally, there is a small chinese take out counter next to the cashier area. There are 2 small tables as well if you want to eat there. The food is delicious and the price...

I went to buy cookies here the tag said $4.99 i was charged $8.99.Which i was okay with a week later i went back with my father i had brought it up with the owner but she seem not to care she blame it on her workers who did the labeling and dont speak English makes no sense. So my father bought a coffee chocolate can of cookie it said $4.99 but when we got to the register its $5.99. please becareful with this market they dont care about the customers. Its against the law to post the price than to go charge people more than what was posted for. The owner also made a comment well don't shop here. From now on i will not spend one penny at this Asia Market. This is so wrong how they r treating their customers. Please pay attention to the prices. They r playing with the customers money the one that dont pay attention. And the owner do not care. She make no effort to correct...

The variety of groceries this place has is astounding. My only issue is I have a very large wheelchair And I'm not accessible to the entire store in some places. It's too hard to squeeze through. Or I hit boxes and drop them down. I've always found what I needed or wanted in the store. Except with a few items, items that they do not carry. If you are looking to try different Romens, this place has hundreds of Different types Romens. In the freezer section they have all kinds of different Steam pork dumplings mixed dim. Sum just to name a few things in their freezer section along with lumpia, Fish balls, Their freezers are stuffed to the gills. You have to look at everything to find what you want if you cannot find it, just ask. Update. Still a great place to shop

Despite the seemingly positive reviews, I can't help but feel like the locals may not be aware of the superior options available elsewhere. If you're looking for an authentic and well-organized Asian grocery shopping experience, I'd recommend exploring alternatives. Your overall shopping satisfaction will thank you. The store gives off a dimly lit, warehouse vibe. The organization of the products is chaotic, and finding items is more of a scavenger hunt than a shopping trip. The selection, particularly in the meat department, was very disappointing. The quality was subpar, and the choices were extremely limited. If you've ever been to H-mart or Ranch 99, by comparison this store feels like a sad joke.

I took my three children with me in search of snacks, especially dango. My daughter has been asking for dango for so long! They didn't have it, but carried the rice flour needed to make it at home. There was sooooo much to explore here, I know there is going to be something interesting to try every time I go in here. The employees were very kind and helpful. They answered my daughters questions and directed us where to find what we were looking for. I don't know why other reviews are saying negative things about them because we had a really positive experience!
