I've been here a few times before and thought it was a cool place. Usually stayed in the billiards area having a good time playing and having drinks and some of their appetizers. Everything here is pricey. Anyways, I was here last night with family / co-workers because it was a sort of company outing and we were in the bowling alley. Mind you, we are Polynesian so we come in all shapes and sizes. We love to eat and drink and just enjoy our time together and so you can see our tab was racking up some major numbers. Our server was friendly AT FIRST but somewhere near the end she all of a sudden felt uncomfortable serving us so she cut us off. By this time we had ordered a lot of drinks so I understand that to be a reason to stop serving, but it was her saying she was uncomfortable that didn't make sense when she was chill the whole time. No one was flirting with her to make her feel that way and she was friendly up until that moment. She didn't tell us that she felt uncomfortable but she told her boss (Miss Cooper or whatever) who then came out to tell us. She brought her "security guard" along as well who was the size of the smallest person in our group. After words were exchanged we decided to close out and take our business elsewhere because the gist of it was we were profiled. They saw us as the kind of people that racks up a bill and then skip out on paying it. They saw our bill and looked at us and thought we were too poor to pay that amount. There also was miscommunication because the server told us one thing but the 'boss' said another. Her reason being, "oh she's new so she doesn't know what she's talking about or doing." Well, that just means you're not doing a good job in training these "new" servers then. She wasn't new because she's been there long enough to know. I don't expect y'all to read this whole review so in case you just cut to the end then I say go ahead and try this place out if you want. Maybe you'll have a better experience (like the few times I've had before last night). Be careful with their "new" servers and maybe if you guys don't look like us then you probably won't be cutoff...

customer service is non existent so many servers on a Friday night and not a single one acknowledged our group I had to go up to the bar counter ask a server who was doing nothing for a menu and then.as I saw her take the order of the group next to us assuming they were her friends because she was hanging around the table just chitchatting for about 10 to 15 minutes she just ignored us we asked another server if we can place a order of food and she asked if we had a server and we said no to which she said well you can place your order at the bar.we placed our order with a gentle men who was suprisingly friendly and attentive out of all the servers in the building got our food order.the food is good above average at the best but the place was dead on a Friday night and so many mindless servers ignoring you as you walk in flirting with customers very unprofessional if there is any type of management at this establishment they need to be fired asap.this is not my first time at this restuarant but it had been a while since I had been here and lets just say its changed for the worse overall.also there was a customer who clearly had one too many harassing female customers sitting at the bar while ordering drink his drink at the bar and they were still serving him which you could clearly tell he was drunk very irresponsible of the bar staff to continue serving him alcohol.if you can please do not go here avoid...

Very disappointed at the Customer Service FireHouse on White Ln provides. Last night was the first time I went there for bowling so I asked for the prices I was told "$4 per person $10 per person per hour" and I said "$14 an hour person?" The hostess/waitress said "no no no $4 per person $10 an hour" okay not bad price sure lets bowl. We were there 2 hours and when we got the bill it was $165. WHAT?!? We thought it would be $50 max. So I proceeded to talk to the waitress and explain the stituation and what I was told and with out sympathy or apologizing or even listening 3 waitress were telling me no I'm wrong blah blah blah. The I told them who the hostess was that told me the price and she laughed and said that's not what she said. When 3 of us all thought the same thing??? Then the hostess was smirking and whispering. And the female manager was giving me dirty looks. Even after we paid the outrageous bill we stood the for 10 minutes asking for our shoes. And she claimed we didn't pay for the bill!!! Horrible horrible service. They called security just because I was trying to explain myself and they didn't care at all. I will never ever go to fire house again. CUSTOMER...

First I have to mention, how hard is it to update your online menu and remove items you don’t serve anymore. Disappointed when told that they don’t have spinach & artichoke dip. Customer service was great. The appetizers macaroni bites, Buffalo cauliflower and potato skins are on point and excellent and that’s were the praise ends. The pizza is the worst! Taste like canned marinara sauce, go to any Chinese buffet in town and have a slice of pizza there it tastes the same. Sadly the tacos are no good. 30 to 40 minute wait for tacos that the tortillas were thick and double stacked with hardly any asada, chicken and onion. The tortillas were cold. The chicken was dry and over cooked. The asada was not trimmed properly. Use your hard earned money somewhere else. Avoid at all cost

Firehouse in Bakersfield is the place to be. I came out for poker night with Sunshine Poker League and had an awesome time. The tables were full, the big game was running, and everyone was super welcoming. It felt like I walked into a room full of friends, even if I didn’t know anyone yet. There was tons of food, and we had our own server who made sure we were taken care of all night. The service was on point. You will not go hungry here. I promise. And when you’re not playing poker, there’s still so much to do. They’ve got arcade games, pool tables, and a really fun atmosphere all around. I left having a good time and already planning my next visit. Highly recommend checking it out. Firehouse knows how to host a great night.

This place was trash! It has went down hill. We tried to get a pool table for a hour and a half, but " it's first come first serve". Well we made our presents known because their " wonder " games they had were broken and had to request serve from the manager. We watch the manager under another pool table while we were waiting and gave it other party. When we complain to the manager she gave us a table that someone else was already at. When we went to leave another manager followed us the door and attempted to offer us a free hour of pool and bowling. By then it was already late and we had minors with us. The bathrooms were nasty and the floor was covered in pee.
