i would highly NEVER recommend this place... this place traumatized me in getting an extension lash ever again! Never a business had resched me quite a few times, lashes look fake, i asked for tapered look and did something else on my lash, my lower eyeballs was so red for over 2 days she put the lower lid tape too close to my eyes.. never explained to me my choices and pricing also i dont like the fact they take your credit card info instead of swiping it through a square reader... this company have indepemdent workers working for them so there is a huge disconnect from what the owner will tell you and from what the person whos working on your lashes will tell you. I will add more to my comment since the owner is also a liar. My lashes started falling off 20min to me driving home to Tehachapi. I had pulled over the side of the freeway to take a picture of my lashes bec the person who did my lashes did not want to fix it at all so I had resorted to calling the owner. She told me to turn back but i live an hour away.. is she going to pay for my gas? i drive an escalade V8 i also then told her that i have an acrylic appointment at Europhoria on Monday and cant do anything later bec ill be in Vegas Tuesday which i am actually at my hotel right now writimg this review.. and yes i told the tech my eyelashes looks nice because i did not want to be rude but when you pay $185 for something thats falling off not even half an hour to them being applied is...

Eileen made an appointment with me to do my eyebrows. I was on time for the appointment. She has no receptionist. After 6 minutes I asked a woman in the back if Eileen was there. She said she would be right with me. After 20 minutes waiting I went to my car. Eileen came banging on my car window, opened my car door and told me that I had cancelled my appointment. I said I had not canceled and she showed me a message from another person with my name. I asked her if she had two people with my name scheduled at the same time and date. She did not answer me. Unprofessional and odd. She started brow beating me and said it’s 2022 and no one has a receptionist. I wouldnt recommend their service. They start you with whom they consider the best lash girl, then once that person isnt available again you have to take who is available. Once u seem to prefer the lash girl they force u upon, now it's a problem for you to see that person on a more permanent basis. Management will over talk you to get her point across rather than provide adequate customer service. She really doesnt care to hear you reasoning, though you should have the right to choose who does the service for you. After all... this is business. I've listened to them talk about clients after they've left! 3-4 women sitting around talking about their clients is absurd. I mean...its just not a place I'd like to continue doing business with.
