The staff are very friendly and helpful. I found siopao (sho-pow I think), which is essentially the Filipino way of saying Chinese siubao (shuh-bow) - pork buns! Yes, in Bakersfield, I know right?! She also had what could be best described as banana fried spring rolls, a sweet and tasty dessert that is lightly crispy. Also, fried mochi balls that are lightly crispy and sweet. I love the food especially the lechon kawali, dinuguan, kare kare and crispy pata! The owners themselves are very friendly and accomodating! Filipino food to remember what you"ve been missing! Perfect for all occasions too! Definitely the place to satisfy your cravings of capampangan dishes and many more! A must try for everyones...

People were extremely friendly and very helpful. I'm new to the area so they were extremely helpful in giving me directions and answering my questions. Can't wait to come back when I have a place of my own so I can buy some of their fish it looks...
