I must say that the food has always been great! Which is why in the past it was always extremely busy to the point of chaos resulting in not receiving your order due to someone else picking it up (I've seen this happen twice). So busy that if you only had an hour or less for your lunch break, you should plan on eating at your desk. However; during this social distancing time this is a restaurant that has turned out much better all around. The customer service was better than ever. The food arrived timely & was brought to our table (due to less customer maybe?). It was a nice, relaxing, stress free lunch. With less people there was speedy service with no confusion unlike my past experiences. Everyone's mood was upbeat oppose to the stressful looks of the past visits from both staff & customers. Overall, I had to give them five stars because this restaurant is handling the limitations beautifully & honest within their customer service. I called ahead of time, the phone was actually answered. The staff member was polite and honest about the wait. It was such a refreshing change from different previous restaurants during the social distancing limitations that I've visited. I left feeling impressed. Message to the staff: Job Well Done. Kudos! BTW--There's no photo of the lamb sandwich because I dove right in & ate it all while the sauce dripped over my salad. Only then, I decided I must rate & take photos. Trust me, it was delicious. My companion had the chicken kabob meal with rice, salad & drink. They commented that their food was delicious as well. Read moreAbsolutely awful customer service. I was in there on Dec 31st around 3:30 pm. The cashier didn't greet us and was on the phone taking an order (I think she was working alone). A lady walked in after us, waited a few minutes and had her order taken before us. The cashier told us she would be right with us and got back on the phone. After a few minutes she got off the phone and said that she would be right with us. She then went to the corner to talk to a group of 3 people who were eating and loudly complain about how awful the order she just took was. She chatted for about 5 minutes. Then told us again that she would be right with us and proceeded to slowly bag a few items. When she returned to the register she asked how my day was with a snotty tone. I told her that I didn't want talk about it and tired to place our order but the attitude didn't stop. She told us that she didn't care if I had a bad day, she had had one too. I was perfectly fine with that… until every person that came in got there food.. eventually I’m assuming he is the manager who was leaving food in the window while he was too busy have outside conversations infront of everybody. Even the cook had to knock on the food window and to get his attention a few times… 45 mins later I’m still waiting for my pick up order and each time he said a little bit longer which didn’t make any sense to me seeing how I ordered almost an hour ago and the restaurant was not busy at all because the cook was taking breaks in between tickets .
