Its really really good yogurt. Very expensive but then again you put whatever you want and then they weight the cup, and that's how your charged. I had me and another person. So for 2 yogurts it was over $22!! I have to say they were a nice size though. Not to mention soooooo good!! Just happened to accidentally find this place. I've never heard of it before. I will be taking my kids back when I have the extra $$$ to spend cuz I know they will pile as much stuff on there that they can. Lol The only issue I had was when I first walked in, it did have a musty moldy smell that almost made me walk right back out. I almost lost my appetite. I just got the yogurt and left. They need to handle that weird musty moldy smell. That alone will turn people away. I almost left without ordering. Glad I did though. Just get that smell under control. Spiffy the place up a little bit more and you should be good. Counter help( some older guy) could of been a little nicer and attentive when we walked in. We stood there for a while before being acknowledged. I didn't even know what I was doing or how it worked so I finally had to ask. The guy was a little rude. So they could work on...

The evening employees are so nice and helpful. The yogurt is delicious and the live cultures make me feel like I'm eating something healthy.

Update 07/2025: I have been going to Menchies for approximately three years. For the first 2.5 years, I was getting my froyo fix anywhere from once a week up to three times a week. Every week they had new and delicious flavors to try. I checked the app daily to see what new flavors would come. The last 9 to 12 months have been disappointing. Some of our favorite flavors like S'mores and tiramisu have not been out in over a year or more.

I miss seeing new flavors every week. The app no longer gets updated regularly. We have driven 15+ minutes to see what flavors they have only to walk out because it is the same basic flavors that are always available.

The $5.99 fill up your cup Mondays is not enticing enough to make the drive. I hope they bring back new flavors soon because I enjoyed visiting this...

I paid for a $$20 Groupon for four people there was only three in my group but I have done this previous times and they just would give me a balance. I believe I had to give him my phone number but the lady that was there was not helpful. She just swiped it and told me to have a good day. I told her well I should’ve got the six dollars and she said no. We don’t get a lot of yogurt in our cups when we come, and we only get one topping. they should let the guest know before they swipe the Groupon exactly what is going to take place that Way the guest can make their decision as to whether they’re gonna use a Groupon or pay A different way.
