I recently moved to Bakersfield from Los Angeles and wanted to find a Hair Salon or Barber near my residence, that I like and will continue coming to every month. So I found this Supercuts on Coffee and Hageman nearest to my home. Hands down, Stylist Stevie of Supercuts gave me the best haircut and style with amazing customer service that I ever had in my many years of going to Barbers or Salons. I went in this afternoon and as I walked into Supercuts Salon, was greeted with a great smile and welcomed by Stylist Stevie, who was already helping a customer. A couple of minutes later Stylist Stevie's customer was finished and left the salon. She quickly cleaned and set up her work area and called me up for my haircut and style. Stevie took my info and fulfilled my haircut needs and style to my full satisfaction. Stevie is one of the rare ones that combine barber haircuts with Salon Style care treatment with excellent customer service. She is very talented in her profession and I would go as far as to say, she is an artist. Stevie went above and beyond my expectations and anyone's expectations of what excellent customer service and a great haircut stylist should be. She was amazing from start to finish. Stevie listened and did exactly the type of haircut that I asked. She did an an excellent job and I appreciate her attention to detail. You can tell she has a beautiful caring heart and loves her talented job. Even while getting my haircut, two more customers came in, where she greeted and welcomed them, and she continued with my haircut and style and did not rush me out to get to the next customer, because she is about quality haircuts and giving each customer an amazing haircut experience. I liked my haircut so much, that I will be coming back to her for my routine haircuts. So to recap, I got an excellent haircut at a reasonable price, didn't have to wait, and they carry everything I need for hair. Supercuts and their Hair Stylists like Stevie got it right with superb customer service and I will definitely be coming back and referring them to family and friends. I'm not sure why you'd go anywhere else. I will be a customer of Supercuts for many more years, can't imagine going anyplace else. Like with everything else, it's tough when moving to a new area where you have to get situated, but at least I am now situated with this Supercuts for my hair needs thanks to Stevie and her amazing customer service and her great haircut...
Read moreThis is my first review on Supercuts. I've been bringing my two young boys here for years, and the staff at Supercuts have become friends. The shop has been a regular 'Go To' place when my boys need haircuts. However, I personally, went in today to get my hair cut. The employee, Chantevya asked how I wanted my hair cut. She, then insisted on giving me her husband's haircut, which was not what I had asked for. Chantevya did the complete opposite of what I had asked. She even humiliated me in front of other customers by telling me that when my wife had called the shop-- 'While I was driving'--, to write me down for a haircut, she "Assumed it was for a child, because when a woman calls, it's always for a kid." Although I paid full price for a haircut that I did not ask for, I will continue to bring my boys here....while I wear a...

I've been to a lot of supercuts. You go in, leave your name, get called. I've seen reservations where they check someone's name off.
Today I went in and put my name in. Two stylists were at work. A kid came in behind me and the guy in a chair said "oh, he needs a cut too". His stylist asks the kids name and puts it on. Note he didn't check off, he asked it to write it down. Time comes when the other stylist is done. I get up after her client has paid and make small chat. The other stylist says under his breath that the kid was first....I am a bit unbelieving that that was what he said. She says to let her clean up. So I sit, wait for her to clean up and promptly call his name like I wasn't just standing there ready knowing I was there first. So I left.
I will not be going to...
