Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Bakersfield

I have to correct my earlier comment. Went to this location yesterday on my way back home to give the management piece of my mind. When got there San one of the employee (who was also there the day when picked my order/had a good conversation) who recognized me n greeted me. I showed him the picture about stuff for yesterday. Although none of this was his fault but he immediately apologized for the messed up ordered n offered me a replacement order which he said will prepare himself to make sure all the fillings I want are in there. This was really nice of him to go beyond his normal duties for which I strong think n urge the management to recognize Sam for an excellent customer service n getting me to rewrite my negative comments, The way he treated me with respect n compassion, Sam needs to be acknowledged. I hope someone in the management goes through customer reviews as these review comments by reviewers like me n others are a way for management to know about any deficiencies, good n bad things about the establishment.

The Worst place to order food from. First last 2 times my order (did through Uber Eats) was never received (supposedly)-, (was told to use Chipotle App-why should 1 has to??), ended up wasting half hour waiting for my order(thanks to the lady who was kind enough to entertain my order). This time Yesterday, what I got instead of a Burrito, was a Tortilla with some Chicken only, what a joke but I am not laughing. This chain is overpraised by people, not worthy of a single good word. I will not & never recommend this chain to even my worst enemy. Come on I paid for food in real cash, didn't ask for any freebie so...

I don’t usually write reviews, but this place was so disgusting I had no choice. Normally, I love Chipotle, but this location is a total disaster. Where do I even start?

I asked for just rice, chicken, and a tortilla for my dog, and they said, “Sure, we’ll charge you less for that.” Guess what? At checkout, they hit me with the full price of a burrito. Scammy much?

Now, the portions? Absolutely pathetic. I ordered steak, and they gave me half a scoop—barely enough for a toddler, let alone an adult. I counted maybe eight tiny pieces across TWO bowls. Is this a joke?

Then, the fajitas. I found an entire chunk of an onion in my bowl. Seriously, it was like a quarter of an onion. Next time, I’ll just order a damn whole onion since that’s apparently what they serve here.

The quality of the food was so awful, I lost my appetite and threw the whole mess in the trash. Honestly, Chipotle should be ashamed of this location. Don’t ever come here unless you want to pay...

Today I came in around 2:20pm and I noticed the staff were really grumpy and rude to A young lady who was serving me. The server did an amazing job, but they seem to have a really disturbing demeanor towards her. I believe she’s the only black girl there and they seem to not treat her so nice and it’s not my first time witnessing the rudeness towards and African-American. It was actually my second time within the past month. . One of the ladies at the register a few weeks back was really rude to an African-American lady and had a very poor response and then when the other race man got to the register she was extremely nice and polite with him. I don’t think that’s OK and someone needs to speak to the staff because the next time I will record it. I even asked the lady at the register if she was having a nice day because she seemed So disturbed, and I wasn’t sure if it was because of my presence as well as the black lady who was serving me but It’s really...
