Super upsetting experience. This store isn't accessible nor do they seem to care about making themselves accessible. I was sent a broken link and the only "accessible" option for me to get my order was to have someone else do it for me and it could no longer be curbside. Didn't offer to change it to delivery, no new link, just "well, your order can be picked up within 5 days and the person will just have to come inside." Upsetting to say the least. Reasonable accommodations should never include "have someone else pick it up." Definitely against ADA, but honestly just upsetting in general. I needed to drop off some art work to be framed, and it was two smaller pieces, which wouldn’t take long, and I knew exactly what I wanted, but the gentlemen refused to help me, and told me I could return tomorrow. I replied that I wouldn’t be back; as I live over 30 minutes away. Finding whoever you can to hire and keeping them even though they have abhorrent customer service skills is truly ridiculous. There are plenty of people who need jobs and want to work, but get overlooked. Not only will I not return to this Michaels, I won’t shop at...
