Jared Jewelers — Local services in Ballenger Creek

Yesterday my son and I visited Jared’s to look at a couple items for both an upcoming anniversary and another one later on. I also brought a piece of jewelry I was hoping they may be able to fix/match-replace. Upon entering we were met by friendly staff who invited us in and asked how they could help. We were then introduced to Vanessa and shortly after, Rebecca. They worked with us throughout our entire visit there and went above and beyond to help us look at different pieces, to answer questions we had and to educate us on somethings we were curious about but weren’t too familiar with. I was able to find an almost, if not exact replacement for a pendant I had thanks to them! We did find both pieces we thought were right for the two big occasions happening and left very pleased with the whole experience! They had a great selection of pieces on the floor you could look at as well as the knowledge and eagerness to help you create that custom piece if you needed to. I have visited many different jewelers in my life time but found this location to be one I’d return to in the future. If your in the area (and even if you aren’t), I’d say this location is highly worth visiting not only for what they have on hand but equally for the service that you can experience when visiting. Both Rebecca and Vanessa were wonderful and patient with all our questions (we had many). We look forward to coming here...

Ever since Riley and Tim left - its just not the same. I'm going not go out of my way to go to this store anymore. I miss the genuine customer service I was getting from Nick, Riley, and Tim. I can buy online, why bother going to a store? I went to this particular store for the friendly atmosphere while shopping. Now it feels like the sales people are vultures. I can find that at any jewelry store.

Nick is amazing and still there (as of Dec 2021) if you have to go, and I'm sure the other employees are nice too, but the managers are only nice because you're spending money and it feels so fake and awful. I picked up my ring yesterday (Dec 9) but probably won't be back to this store to browse again. (Sorry Nick!) There's a better location I can pick up from anyway .

Aug 2020: Best experience I've had with a jewelry consultant ever! You guys NEED to go see Riley, Nick, or Tim. They went above and beyond helping me order a custom LeVian ring (the ruby) and helped me again with the larger emerald ring. Sized for me same day!! On a Saturday!!

I am so happy with the service I received. I have several other LeVian pieces from other Jewelers, but this one was the best customer service experience ever! Thank you so much Riley! You are an amazing asset...

I had the pleasure of having Rebecca help me with a very large responsibility, picking out an engagement ring that met both my budget and my needs. I was looking for something very feminine that screamed I love you! Rebecca listened intently to what I was looking for and when she had an understanding, she went to work. We viewed multiple stones and bands. I had lots of questions and she was extremely patient. When I say lots of questions, I mean lots of questions. I was extremely nervous about wondering if what I was choosing, my girlfriend was going to like. Rebecca calmed me down and put me at ease. I was very thankful for that. Once I purchased the ring, I told Rebecca that I would let her know when I popped the question. Well, I held on to that ring for longer than she said anyone has. I finally popped the question this past August and, “she said yes”! She absolutely loves the ring. I finally had the opportunity to bring in Carolyn to meet Rebecca. That was one of the happiest days of my life.
