Then helped load my cart an check out quickly . I love the terp pen an grassroots mac1 live sugar&spice. It was exactly what i needed. There seem to be a bit of a problem with false advertising here. This is the 3rd time I have had an issue where I am told one thing when I call but when I come in store i am told that is not correct. On Thursday 1/25 the website advertised “select weekend 25% off select brand products” I noticed the sale was not coming up on the actual products so I called and when lady that answers said yes they were on sale and sometimes the website has an issue and does not apply the sale but it would be applied at check out. When I went in I was told no the sale was only Good Friday-Sunday which is why it is labeled weekend and even though I called and was told the sale was valid they would not honor the price and I would have to come back the next day for the sale. Lo and behold this week there is another “select weekend” sale but this time it is valid on Thursday? The sale price shows on the products price unlike last time. After my last visit I called and left a message for a manager to call me but over a week and no call back. After seeing this sale active on Thursday this week I am fairly sure I was lied to last week! I ordered a select briq from them and I come to Curaleaf often cause I like their select products. The briq stopped working, I called about the situation and was told I was allowed to exchange it for a new one since it was more than halfway full and the battery was having an issue. I drove 30 min back to this location specifically just to be scolded at that “THIS IS EMPTY” from the manager. The cart was indeed NOT empty. I ended up forking out another $100 for a new Briq. I even went back inside after purchasing to prove it was not empty. The manager was just being rude because they were busy and didn’t want to deal with anyone. This was the worst care I’ve ever gotten from here and for her to yell out loud that it was empty by barely looking at it… yeah no, thanks for being rude and trying to create a scene by yelling it for no reason. She even gave me the dirtiest look like as if I was tryna scam them or something. Lady.., there is proof of the purchase in my account, I called and I bought another and tried to show the other one was still full.
