I was at this location yesterday to get copies of Photograph. I called the store in advance to find out if their scanner was working and was told it was working. I went to the store and handed a woman behind the counter a photograph. I told her it was for a photograph for my motherâs funeral. Photograph was in between two pieces of cardboard, so it would not be ruined. I gave her the photo. There were two people ahead of me so the woman behind the counter helped them with UPS/Amazon Packages first. When other people showed up for help with packages. She helped them before me. I waited over 45 minutes for this woman to scan and print one photograph. When I asked her for the last time for the Printed photograph, This woman proceeded to bang the equipment around. As if Iâm disturbing her day. She threw the picture On the counter and said she cannot Do it. At this point, the picture is no longer flat. I spoke with the manager.    Read moreStaples states that they have an easy return policy- I wanted to exchange an item that I had purchased a few days prior due to buying the wrong item. I didn't have my receipt, nothing wrong with the item, and I was buying something for $10.00 and returning something for $5.99. I was told to leave the item with the cashier and get the item that I wanted. I returned to the cashier and was told to insert the card that I used to make my purchase and choose if I used credit or debit. I use multiple accounts and cards so I wasn't sure what card I used and if I used credit or debit. After trying 3 cards and combinations the cashier said none of them were the correct card used. I then had to wait for the manager to go look up the transaction and get all the information for a $5.99 item that I was exchanging for a higher priced item.    Read moreI ordered Christmas cards here and the turnaround time was very quick. When I went I to pick them up I noticed the alignment was off slightly and asked about it. They agreed it was off and quickly worked to fix the issue. They were able to reprint all the cards I needed in a timely manner and addressed all my issues even after having to deal with some other printer ink issues. The staff was friendly, helpful, and easy to work with in a less than ideal situation. Not to mention after I came in there were a bunch of other customers who all came to the print area to ask questions or for assistance. So the print staff team were able to address my questions, deal with printer issues, and assist multiple other customers at the same time.
