Fenstys (indoor) Flea Market is wonderful. Located on route 100, in beautiful Bally Pennsylvania, one of the Best little towns in PA in my opinion, (just saying;)). Walking in you will first see Scott Fenstemacher, the owner and genius who designed Fenstys I'd say about 7-8 years ago who is very personable & will be sitting at the cashiers desk free to take any questions if a vendor is not present at the moment. Its located in the building where Bally Case & Cooler used to reside, (right behind the BALLY Youth Center & next to the Bally Savings & Loan Bank). It is easy to locate this little out-of-the-way gem where you can go and find hidden treasures. Come make a day of it, visit Jake's Flea Market in Barto Pa early A.M. because there only open until about 2pm & they are outdoors right down the road a piece, South on rt100, and after stop by Fenstys, who is open until 6pm which is an indoor market. Everytime I visit Fenstys I find great deals on Vintage stuff that I like to collect, new stuff that I need, and even odd stuff you think to yourself.....?????, but I gotta have it, "How Much"? A little something for everyone, and the prices are usually negotiable if not great to start. I give fenstys a thumbs up for places to visit in the beautiful borough of BALLY...
Read moreThe really cool thing about this place is that it is not just a great flea market offering many useful and unusual items for sale, it is also a welcoming and hospitable gathering place for the community. Fenstys offers a range of things to buy, everything from practical items such as garden gloves and tools, to an abundance of records and albums, and last but not least, a varied and plentiful selection of collectibles and antiques, and all at reasonable prices. To top it off, there is a wonderful family style cook there who prepares a great breakfast and lunch for customers who wish to "sit a spell" and grab a bite to eat. The friendly atmosphere cannot be beat - a few weeks ago the owner tried to get me a price for something unmarked, and though it didn't work out, he went above and beyond to assist with this. It's just a great place to wander through, and I never leave here without having found...
Read moreI love this place . My husband and I love taking the drive out to visit when we can . The staff here is always so nice and willing to share the story behind their beautiful pieces . We have found so many hidden gems. Even when you have a problem their always there to help even if not their fault and make you feel welcome . We always keep coming back because they value their customers and genuinely care . One vendor ( sorry I can't remember the name ) I went in with my young daughter to buy a gift for my sister and I was so nervous of all the beautiful glass pieces, but the wife made us feel at ease and even joked kids are kids because I told her not to touch a thing lol. I just thought that was sweet to say to stressed out mama ;) I also noticed how they treat their vendors like family and care for them . Above anything I value businesses who care not just about the customers but their...
